Agree with one of the other reviews. In my own experience and opinion I would stay away. I will update this post as more information comes to light. "Built on a foundation of integrity".... This is based on my opinion of the events as they unfolded backed up with an independent contributor. I cannot recommend this company. The tech performed under 50 mins of work on the work site but B&B charged me for 2 hours of service because their tech wasn't prepared for the job because they forgot to create a ticket for my job. So they charged me for the hour it took the tech to get prepared because he had to get pulled from another job and was apparently not ready to do the work. B&B employee admitted to not creating the work ticket with the job date, time, and details (phone call recorded). Poor customer service overall. Was told that I would be taken to collections on the first call I made to correct the issue even though there is clear evidence that B&B messed up and is passing the bill to the customer for their own mistake. Wrote to Mr Bergh the owner. A week later and have not heard back. Better Business Bureau also contacted. I would recommend staying away. I will edit this post as more information comes to light. I totally agree with the previous reviews. an electrician arrived... it was obvious that he just didn't feel like, or have the skill level to doing any type of work to decipher what had caused the loss of electricity. he made multiple claims including, the power company would have to be called and everything would have to be brought up to date. it was obvious he had no clue how to make the repair and wanted to make it appear to be a far more complicated situation then it was to avoid any work on his part. iv worked with many a subcontractor in my time and this is simply someone wanting to get paid and not have any interest in doing any work. I contacted the power company... they came out.. promptly made the simple repair and charged me nothing. I called to discus my billing... not only was I addressed with profanity, I was also personally threatened. a company with no standards and absolutely no class. read more

I was told that I would be charged for the time worked and then was billed for a full hour and they added a "truck charge." Told that they charge for an hour minimum, exact opposite of what I was quoted. Total scam. read more
