Diamonds, watches, bling, ice, etc. This place is for the classic oldschool watch and diamond aficionados from "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase, Ric Flairs, to the baby boomers like Floyd Mayweather Jr., to the Millennials like "The Man of the Hour": Lio Rush's dream store for diamond watches and jewelry!!! They even had iced-out flowers!!!! The customer service was very on point and not judgmental to my dark-ass skin and American citizenship; so that's a huge plus! I was seriously expecting some bouje'-ass customer service by the workers like in France, but in Switzerland ..... damn near everyone is super chill. Outside of this place, the scenery of the road, water and nature all around its surroundings are just so damn beautiful and cleanAF as them kids type these days on the medias of socials. The parking is a little weird and it's right in the middle of a busy road, but it's still nice to check out! Get your legitimate, non-bootleg Rolex and diamond shopping on whenever you're in Switzerland and can afford it!!! The weird phone booth next to it is pretty awesome for picture taking too, along with just whole damn area around this store. Shout-outs to WWE's "Swiss Superman" Cesaro, FKA: Claudio Castagnoli !!!! This is a watch mega store. From the outside it seems like several different stores but all the big names are there: Rolex, Omega etc (Okay, those are just the ones I was interested in). At the time the prices were slightly higher than those in the U.S. and available on Jomashop. If you ask they do negotiate on price around 3% + the VAT refund. I wouldn't normally try to negotiate in the U.S. but they definitely do here. read more

AION inside Bucherer is the World's Largest Rolling Ball Clock, according to Guinness. This place sells every luxury watch under the sun. I had a good time drooling as I display-shopped. If that's a little steep for you, go to a higher floor (7?) for Swiss Army knives and other more affordable souvenirs. Someone mentioned to me that London was actually a better deal for Rolex watches (after figuring out tax and all that), but then you wouldn't have your Rolex straight from Switzerland. read more

Everyone comes here for the watches and engraved Swiss army knives so it's a madhouse packed with tourists flocking down to the basement for the free bathrooms or up to the top floor for the tour company's free gift -- a tiny stainless steel Bucherer spoon. Funnily, I brought the souvenir spoon home and tossed it in my cutlery drawer and now have a matching pair. Someone must have brought one back for me a long time ago! read more

My wife bought me a Tag Hauer Formula 1 watch while we were there for vacation. I've been in this store many times and am always impressed with the selection and service. Went in two years later to replace the battery and the service was prompt. The watch looked even better when I picked it up; they must have buffed it or something, looked brand new. Had to stop here as it was recommended to by my European guide through my trip around Europe last summer. It's rather large, good location, it was open (which if you have traveled through Europe in August you'd know that's a plus). The selection of watches is amazing, cookoo clock selection is something to be desired and they were rather low on their swiss army knives. I'm not a watch fanatic but while waiting around, I found a watch that looked more like a bracelet that I thought I had to have. And I would have bought it in Switzerland, so can't get much better than that, right? The sale was confusing and tedious. They rang me up several times and I was worried I would be charged several times but I wasn't. They had to send the watch back to whoever is on the other side of that little watch elevator they have to get it sized 3 times causing me to miss out on other shopping opportunities. All that really didn't matter until I got home to the states and since then I've not worn the watch more than I have. I had to replace the battery almost immediately. Then the face got condensation under it and I had to send it off to be repaired which took months, and more money. A little over a year later, a screw comes out of the watch and a local place wants to charge me $30 to replace it... a screw. I've had more problems with this junk than pleasure and now it's cost me about $400. I feel I was sold a piece of junk instead of a classic watch that will last a lifetime because they knew I wouldn't be able to return it. Very frustrated. Just now contacted the company to see if they can help me so I'll see how the customer service ends up. read more
