I thought I blew out the entire circuit. I called several places to tell them what happened, and they said they would need to come out and evaluate it first. When I called Mike, the owner of the pool and spa medic...... he was so helpful. Based on what I told him, he gave me detailed instructions because my surge protector plug in......went dark . He told me to buy a new one at Home Depot, walks me through step by step how to install the new one, and he said if it didn't work, then he would come out. Mike said to me that if I can help you do it on your own and it's an easy fix..... you just saved money from me coming out . I couldn't believe it........ and the hot tub is working again just from a phone consult. I asked Mike if I could pay for his time , and he graciously said no. Mike is an honest , kind, and generous business owner. I highly recommend Mike for any hot tub servicing. Blessings Joe

I…read morecalled and was walked through what needs to happen and what needs to be done PRIOR to their visit to save me money on the prep that I could do myself. Mike T came out, gave me good advice and helped dial my system for chemicals and filter schedule. Good company I would recommend and will call next time I have an issue.
