Our latest rental was a large stump grinder. When one was brought around to us the gentleman helping us started the grinder and noticed something wasn't running quite right with it and immediately brought us a different one. I was very thankful we didn't drive all the way home with it to discover something was wrong and would have needed to bring it back! Everyone we've dealt with have been friendly and great to do business with. Their prices are very competitive and they're in a great location to get in and out of with equipment and trailers. We will definitely rent from them again.

Ken came out and made sure to install them exactly how I wanted, going back and forth until all spaces were perfect. Very detail oriented. Took care of every single detail until everything was complete. Didn't take one break working full day. He is very hard working and passionate about what he does! I am amazed that he made the cabinets look like they were installed together with the ones already existing in my kitchen! Great price for the install. After wandering through their warehouse for 10 minutes a gentleman approached my family and asked if we needed help. When I explained what type of kitchen counters I was looking for he walked away, grabbed a catalog and business card and told us to email him a drawing and the type we wanted. I asked if they did install or measuring and he said "no they only sell the material", told me to email them and walked away. I wish I could blame his shortness on them being busy or it being close to closing time but it wasn't. A bit turned off, I check the door on my way out to make sure it didn't say "by appointment only" and it didn't. So...I emailed him a drawing and two different choices I was interested in. I heard nothing back. I tried calling to see if they received my email and it went to their voicemail. Will I be back? No. I like companies that communicate.

Once the door started making squeaky noises when opening and closing, we thought it was time to get it serviced. I left a message, and Fely called me back the same day. Since their computer software had been upgraded since our install, I had to pull our old invoice to give her the information she needed to set up my appointment. She quoted me $220 for the 'tune-up' service. She was able to put me on the schedule for the following week, with a first appointment of the day. We were happy about that. Leroy showed up on time and got right to work. It took him about 45 mins to an hour to complete the tune-up. He let us know our springs would need to be replaced in the near future. He wound one of the two springs to balance the door. He said he didn't feel comfortable winding the other one. When he gave my husband the total bill it was about $80 more than quoted. I confronted him and he said they usually charge an inspection fee. I let him know that Fely never mentioned that. He apologized and asked Fely to credit me back the inspection fee. I was happy they stood by their original quote. Overall a professional experience. Would recommend.
