Matt greeted me promptly at 7:00 a.m. and prepped me, always his usual, courteous yet friendly self. His administration of novocaine was painless and he explained and double checked the procedure. Dr. D. then did the same, explaining each step as we went along while both he and his assistant kept me well rinsed and as comfortable as possible throughout. Visual scans confirmed everything that had been done and any questions I had were answered quickly and expertly. I have had some traumatic dental experiences in the past elsewhere, so was slightly hesitant going in. My family of 4 has been seeing the team at Parkway Dental for over a decade, though, so I know firsthand that they are beyond competent. They actually CARE about their patients. At no time did I feel unsafe or uncared for. I was even given a lovely fleece blanket that proved to be a great calming agent. Truly, though, it is their professionalism and compassionate care that shepherded me through. I go back in about a week for my permanent crowns and am actually looking forward to it!

Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is a pleasure, something I imagine many don't say about the dentist. From check in and the friendly receptionist/admin team, to the hygienists and Dr. Brenney, I've never had a more painless experience at the dentist. The friendliness is a welcome respite from how loaded everything feels (literally) outside and the staff truly seems engaged and interested in your life. I was able to do the intake paperwork online which was good because they did seem to have some issues with the iPad out front. The building itself is older, clean, but in no way impressive. The staff were all so friendly. Monica was my hygienist and she was incredibly patient and thorough. She talked me through every step of what we were doing today as a new patient. The team at Eat Street Dental is top notch!…read more I've been going here for over a year now and every time, I'm so impressed with how kind and welcoming they are. The waiting room is clean and quiet, with a drink station and restroom. Masks are currently still required here, and they have them at the front of your forget yours. I've been seeing my dental hygienist for a few cleanings now, and she does a gentle yet thorough job of checking gums, cleaning brushing and flossing. This time, she had Bob Ross playing on the tv for me to watch during my cleaning! The dentist team here is a couple and both are incredibly kind and really take the time to get to know you and ask about any concerns you have with your teeth. I can't say enough about the awesome team here! Oh and perk - it's the same parking lot as Quang, so get lunch there after :)
