I had a white chocolate mocha during my latest visit and split some white chocolate macadamia cookies as well. Fairly standard fare, nothing quite jumped out at me. They also keep some games handy, which is cool, because there's plenty of space in this shop to hang out with your friends. Tastes alright but it's the second time in a row I come in and wait more than 20 Minutes in line and they don't have Tapioca :-( they should have a sign out saying they ran out before people wait in line for that long. I came here with my sister while visiting Brownsville. I had a craving for Boba and she had never had any. This place has been here for less than a year. And I hope people find out how great their products are - so they can stay in business. The reason for shortening them one star is the fact that it was extremely slow. However, I do understand why. There was only one person working the place. He was doing it all by himself. And due to the size of the establishment and the no customers in site other than us, I understand why there is only one employee. This is why I hope they start getting busier, so that they can hire another employee and keep on going. Their drinks are good and the customer service is good. Their prices are average. Have been to this place several times now. Their teas are a perfect way to cool off from our warm valley weather. There's free wifi and comfortable enough seating. I haven't been too thrilled with all of their flavors, but my go-to is watermelon black milk tea with the strawberry boba. If they don't have that, I usually leave without getting anything. You can ask for samples of their "sinkers", which include boba, gelatin, or tapioca. Their service varies from absolutely awesome to completely lacking, depending on who is at the counter. The milk teas I tend to get always end up being a bit too chalky for me. The tapioca pearls are decent they have a nice texture to them and the taste is pleasant. We aren't huge fans of the tea based drinks as much as they often seem a bit weak but the smoothies are amazing every time. Only real negative, it seems they often run out of tapioca. I am giving this place 2 stars due to their customer service. I went there before and ordered tea without a problem. It was very good and refreshing. This time I sent my husband and he ordered 3 smoothies with bobbas in them. All cups were marked for the bobbas however one did not have any at all. When I called them to tell them all the manager could say was "well it's not like we charged you extra for them, they are complimentary. " What's the point of calling it "bubbly" if there's nothing bubbly about it. So sad to see such a nice new place run by people who don't care about giving good customer service. read more
