Called the Appliance Guy because the ice maker in the refrigerator was sometimes making ice…read moresometimes not. Also, when you went to get ice thru the door we had to open & slam it to get the ice to dispense. Michael showed up as schedule and spent time diagnosing the problem. He found several possible reasons for the issues. His recommendation was to start with the most inexpensive fix first to see if that corrected the issue. So, he replaced the door switches. It worked! No more slamming the door to get ice! Just so you know the other solution was to replace the entire door which would have cost $1200. He suggestion to start with the most inexpensive solution first saved me $1000! Michael was knowledgeable about the product and potential issues and honest in his recommendations. Will not hesitate to use his service again for any appliance issues!

SUCH A FABULOUS FIND TODAY!!!!!!! When I foolishly laundered…read moremy shag bathroom rug in my frontload washer yesterday, I created a disaster that appeared without a solution. I called sixteen companies this morning in search of a repair for the seriously blocked drainage system that left my washer drum filled with water and without any drainage function. HVAC folks declined, explaining that they do not work on washing machines. Plumbers declined, explaining that they do not work on washing machines. Appliance technicians declined, stating that they only work on Whirlpool washers. I started to panic. Then, I received a return call from Oliver whose phone number and information I located on this site entitled "CLEAN AND FIX LLC." I explained my situation and he said that he would arrive at my home at noon to repair my frontload washer. Precisely at 12 PM, Oliver arrived. He was confident in his capacity to restore my washer to normal function and he competently and cheerfully worked on my unit. Regrettably, not being a very new model, disassembling the entire unit was necessary and it was obvious that Oliver was skilled.
