I must say, this gentleman came out on a Sunday night pin pointed the issue and even offered to shown me the things to review and attempt your own repair before needing to call him a second time or return! His billing was on a Sunday Evening was incredible, I'm expecting weekend and night rates as usual from the other well known Local HVAC where they nickel and dime you. Let me tell you, you won't see that here! If you need anything, I highly suggest you call him before going with the companies advertising on TV or paying the price of their services in all sorts of platforms. CALL HIM FIRST!

Everything Mack installed had to get replaced and redone in 2019. He sold me a 100,000 BTU 96 AFUE unit and after being paid. I was told it was a 80,000 86AFUE unit. To post a lie earns a lawsuit, watch how these facts remain on this site. I did contact the PA Attorney Generals Office and was offered $2,000.00 from the company to make my complaint go away. As I had to replace and redo all at over $5000.00 and had already paid Mack 4700.00 I refused. Who offers 2000.00 when they are correct? No one. Remember the BBB site, it's your money Again you cannot post a lie, it's called liable watch how this post remains here forever

Amazing customer service, attentiveness, and overall nice guy. I found Mack through Yelp (thank…read moreyou). When I found that he was local and saw his ratings, I knew I had to try his service at least once. I switched from a bigger company who installed my equipment because it was difficult to get service and I had to speak to 2 or 3 different people to arrange that. I was tired of having to make phone calls, wait for replies and being made to feel that people were doing me a favor by charging me to come out for work. Mack called me back himself within 10 minutes of my message. He "interviewed" me on the phone about the problems I was having. He went to my home, serviced my unit and had it running right away. He also gave me advice and suggestions about keeping it running well. The price was a little cheaper than my previous company, but still within the range for an annual service. I will continue to use Mack because he seemed to care about my home as if it were his. Paying him was the last thing on his mind, he wanted me to be happy first. That's difficult to find; it's a pride of craftsmanship that is lacking in the bigger companies. I will use Mack from now on and you should too.

What he said above is factually incorrect. DO NOT utilize this company. My boiler was so messed up I had to hire a plumber to fix what his employees screwed up. There was nothing wrong with my unit until PICA HVAC touched it. I asked Alex, tech, why don't you change the ignighter! He said it didn't need it. Weil MClain has a different opinion. 5 times I had Pica out to my home. If it was done right the first time it wouldn't have taken 4 more times. And it still wasn't right. Your employees aren't trained properly. And the owner has no business owning a business.

DP Marlatt & Sons did a central AC installation for me this summer…read more I would highly recommend them. The price for the job was highly competitive and the installation was done promptly and without issue. I was also pleased that the installation came with a 2 season warranty. The only problem that I had within 2 weeks of the installation ended up being a loose breaker on the air handler. I called for a service call and Dennis himself (owner) was out the following morning and corrected the problem within 10 minutes.

Manage somehow to get my new A/C unit installed without any damage to the scrubs that surrounded my old unit. Crew always took the time to put on booties when entering my home. Also laid work clothes down along the path they were using to move old heater out and new heater in. Basement was left cleaner than when they started. The price was much more competitive when compared with other quotes I received. Note: I noticed a one star review for Dp Marlatt but this review commented on a roofing job. I am commenting on the job they did installing a new heater and A/C. As far as I know DP Marlatt does not do roofing jobs.

Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!
