If I start from reception area which feels like a nice welcoming area & a lounge where visitors can relax & wait before they meet us & our reception staff are always friendly & sweet. After this our work areas are really clean & open with minimalistic design with lots of meeting areas & some of the modern equipment we need. Lastly, we also have an employee lounge area in all floors & a fun area in one of the floors where we have area to play games with wii as well as ps4. If anything can be screwed up, they will do it. If you have them fix it, they will screw it up a few times first and charge you to do it. I have given them many chances with various shipments, but I will NEVER again use them. I have instructed my overseas' agents to NEVER book with them on my behalf because of their incompetence. A few of their customer service people are polite and as helpful as they can be, but at the supervisory level, they are not helpful. If there were negative stars to give, I would have selected it. they should not even have a 1-star rating.

He had tea set out for us, fresh juices, as well as danish sweet treats and gourmet danish candy which was all beyond amazing. We opted for Eddie to massage both of us and, my boyfrined was also left with what he said was one of the best massages he has gotten. He set out robes for us to wear and the room was decorated so cute! From the details on the wall decor to the candle lights, everything was perfect. He has a very positive energy and is very experienced professional masseus. His oils he makes personally and your able to choose which one you want prior to the massage. He tailors the massage specifically to you, which is always a plus. I've been to so many massages that once the massage is ending they do that stupid thing where they hit your back if you've ever got a massage you know what I'm talking about, once he finishes the massage there is no rush he lets you rest relax, if you fall asleep he lets you sleep, theres no point when you dont feel complete total relaxation. My ony regret is not taking the 2 hour total darkness massage, which is on the agenda for my next trip! Whenever I visit Europe I am always tempted to go to Zenzes because it was that amazing. I actually used my girlfriends account and the headphones were quite possibly the only thing I have purchased in two years of being in Denmark that are cheaper than the US. Other than maybe the odd courgette on sale at Netto. But I am not here to review downtown.dk, everyone and their mom can review that. I here to specifically review the drop point, which only came into existence a few weeks ago. It is in a nondescript building downtown by the central station. As I walked in they were putting up a sign that would ultimately display that this was in fact downtown.dk. I was a bit confused at first but my initial hint was the people coming in and out with small boxes. I have to say overall it was a quick, easy, and enjoyable experience. The nice young girl at the counter took my receipt, grabbed my headphones, handed them over and said "tak." It was way less painful than I had expected and now I am sitting here jamming out. I wish I had a picture for all of you.
