What can I say about this place, I work in this office so probably I'm gonna be biased but well nothing wrong in that So I've been working at this place for over 7 yrs now & if I had to rate this place when I initially started it wld have received a 3 star as maximum, but now it does deserve a 5 star as our whole office was recently renovated. If I start from reception area which feels like a nice welcoming area & a lounge where visitors can relax & wait before they meet us & our reception staff are always friendly & sweet. After this our work areas are really clean & open with minimalistic design with lots of meeting areas & some of the modern equipment we need. Lastly, we also have an employee lounge area in all floors & a fun area in one of the floors where we have area to play games with wii as well as ps4. As a freight forwarder, I work with a lot of steamship lines so I understand the challenges they face and how it is supposed to work. This is the worst one I have ever dealt with. If anything can be screwed up, they will do it. If you have them fix it, they will screw it up a few times first and charge you to do it. I have given them many chances with various shipments, but I will NEVER again use them. I have instructed my overseas' agents to NEVER book with them on my behalf because of their incompetence. A few of their customer service people are polite and as helpful as they can be, but at the supervisory level, they are not helpful. If there were negative stars to give, I would have selected it. they should not even have a 1-star rating. read more
