You bring your data, sit down on a computer and watch the printer print your stuff. This absence of service is unfortunately amplified by a presence of indifference for the customer. The workers at the counter will make little effort in helping you find the right printing option, but will only reluctantly comply with your request. Ultimately, this shop is very expensive - way too expensive for the bad service you receive. So if you have access to a printer at uni, work, a friend, wherever: do it there - avoid this ripoff.
