ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.

I say "they" but truth is that it was all RAE. She handled everything from Wednesday aka drop off until Friday aka pick up. I was blown away by her ability to not only get my dry cleaning done (and it looks perfect) but also the way she made me feel comfortable as I slowly transition into a world where I'll again need to wear suits, blazers, khakis, button downs, etc. For anybody that is in the Malibu area, this is definitely the spot for you. The owners Vanik and Narine were so welcoming and kind and helped me repair my tuxedo and dress shirt that was ripped at a previous event. They took the time to explain to me what the repair entailed and made sure that I understood what could be done. When I came to pick up my clothes, they looked brand new. Every single item was repaired and sewn into its former condition and they cleaned and pressed it perfectly. I couldn't tell a difference from when I first bought it to when I picked it up. During the course of the fires here in malibu, suzys business was damaged by smoke like so many of our homes on Point Dume. Suzy and her daughter set up shop outside her shuddered store and took all our smoke damaged clothes and drapes, to a facility downtown which used the same no chemical process she uses in her store. Suzy got up at 5am to make that drive everyday. And then hand delivered our items driving her big van. She is a dedicated institution here in Malibu and recommend her highly for you cleaning which she does without any chemicals.
