They did a great job, paid attention to details, and at spots that I was not completely happy with (due to there was still construction going on), they returned and retouched it until I was happy with the result. I wasn't planning to do regular maid service but it was such a pleasure working with Karol's touch, I think I'm going to work with them every month for cleaning. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation.
