Prices seem to be multi tiered ... meaning that they have some a good selection of items that hit multiple price points. If you want top of the line, they probably have something that closely resembles that. If it's something you don't want to spend a lot on, they probably have a pretty good alternative that isn't quite as expensive. Really no complaints from my quick in and out trip. Based on this experience I'd recommend them to others.

I've never had to wait long to be assisted getting brakes or wipers or whatever baby girl needs to keep her running smoothly. I think the brakes were a good price at $42 for the front set, but come to find out I needed back brakes (face palm). When my dad I installed them he noted one of them didn't have the squeaky thing that lets you know the brakes need to be replaced. I took them back to the store and the Salesman went through several boxes and finally determined they are all like that - I guess it's a brand thing since back brakes do not wear out often. He ended up giving me an exchange so I could have both the way we wanted. I appreciated that, as he didn't have to go to that extent.

Top notch work...worth every penny. Fast forward 2 years and a couple of area awards later, they still do a great job. No complaints about THE WORK! End result is still amazing. So why the rating? Bad/questionable sales practices! After being away for awhile, I decided to start using them again. I brought my vehicle in and they gave me a quote as before and I made an appointment. Then they apologized and quoted me a higher price. I should have walked away but I relented and agreed to the higher price. Honest mistake right? When I dropped off my vehicle, they continually tried to up-sale me on additional services to the point where I had to leave to keep from being hounded. If that wasn't bad enough... when I came back to pick up my vehicle, they wanted to add a surcharge for "extra" work they had to do. The sales person tried to say when I got the original quote that a surcharge may be added. That was not true for I would have insisted on them looking over the vehicle up front. I didn't even get a phone call to say, "Hey, we need to charge more because we didn't get a completely spotless vehicle to detail." No, they waited until I was trying to pay to spring the new charge on me. When I complained they removed the charge and then told be not to bring my vehicle there anymore. WHAT?!?!? I question a charge and I'm no longer welcomed? Is this anyway to treat your customers? I guess they have enough business to where they can. Again, I have no problem with the work, I have issues with the sales practices and now have very little respect for them. I can go down the road and use the automated drive through car wash 5 times for the same price as their middle tier cleaning (15 times for their top tier). Trying to help a local business and this is the thanks I get. MAKE them view your vehicle up front so you won't get surprised in the end!!!! My mother and I broke down after a late visit to Walmart this evening. Though it was late at night (about 4 AM), he didn't mind and told us all we needed to know without any fuss. He helped get the car back into the garage and the whole process took less than half an hour. It was $55 plus a $10 charge for overnight service which is reasonable in my opinion. Though it's unfortunate our car is giving us issues, Doug didn't and I'm happy to hand him 5 stars. If something comes up in the future and we're nearby, we'll call Huff's again.
