A bride's wedding day should be the best day of your life and my experience was instead demeaning, insulting, embarrassing and what I felt was racial profiling. For a wedding decorator to claim customer service as their top priority and to do the total opposite was unreal. The continuous harassment to my wedding party, family and friends experienced from beginning to end was not what you pay for. I had family and friends travel from afar to make it to our day and the wedding almost didnt happen. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand or asked because I would have at least known of thier track record in disrespectful treatment to other wedding parties.
