Ordered pizza and garlic knots and it was highly underwhelming. The garlic knots were essentially dough knots with very little seasoning and the blandest sauce provided to top it off. I would highly advise not to order the knots due to this. The pizza itself was a 2.5 as it was okay but the sauce base has a hint of a vinegar taste in it which was not my favorite. Discovered Bubba's this week and have eaten there three times all ready. Their NY-style pizza is amazing. The first two times were for delivery, but tonight I ate at the restaurant. This place was a great find! I had a hawaiian pizza. You could tell the ingredients were top grade and the tomato sauce on the pizza had a nice sweet flavor. It appears as though they prepare it with the sauce swirled on top of the cheese and the cheese is directly on the pie. YUM! read more

Being from chicago, I scoured the area for good pizza options while staying in PCB. The pickings are pretty slim, but we went for Bubba's based on the reviews and so glad we did. Even though I am partial to Chicago "traditional" thin or our deep dish, this pizza was NY style thin crust. Crust had a nice chew and the toppings were tasty and fresh. Good slice of pie. Good people running the place as well. If you are in the middle or the West end of PCB, this should be your "go to" pizza in the area without hesitation. read more

Seriously then best pizza I've ever had. If that seems like an overstatement to you, know that it is 100% the best pizza in the area. The crust is thin and well done, the sauce is great and the toppings are well portioned, not too much, not too little. Wings are delicious and the garlic knots are on point. We order a few times a month and they always getter order right and fast. Superb customer service, especially by the drivers who are known to drive back and grab you a sauce or dip you wanted. A Health Concern: Pizza was quite good and thin like a NY style should be...also 18" for a large. Toppings were not even close to the edge, and sauce is squirted on from a squeeze bottle, hence their bragging about their "spiral" pizza. This actually just saves them sauce. The health problem is when I payed for the dine-in pizza at the register, the (very nice) lady owner was handling money with her rubber gloves on...the same ones used for pizza making and food prep...sorry, this is disgusting. read more

We were long time customers of Bubba's, but not anymore. We placed our usual order of a large pizza and garlic knots. They made the pizza so thin that it was ice cold by the time we got home and we only live two blocks away. Normally the garlic knots are to die for. Not this time!!! When we began eating the knots they had an unusual sweet taste and for some unknown reason were sticky!!! My wife called and spoke to a young lady. When my wife told her about the sweet taste of the knots she said, "Oh, you got the 'Sweet Knots,' what is your name so I can check the order." She came back on the phone and said, if you bring them back we'll make you another order. We drove back to Bubba's with the sweet tasting knots and my wife took them into the restaurant. She spoke with the same young lady who opened the box and began inspecting the knots. A male brought over another box of knots and in a very nasty and unprofessional manner told my wife that they could not be sweet as he has not made an order of sweet knots all day! When my wife told him to taste them if he doubted her, he slammed the box shut, throwing them in the trash and walking away. When we got home and tasted the new order of knots they to were sickly sweet tasting and sticky!!! I slammed the box shut and threw them in the trash. What a waste of money and time! I didn't even know they had "sweet knots" as it's not on the menu and only knew about them from the young lady on the phone. The knots tasted like the garlic butter spoiled due to being old, left out too long or not being refrigerated, or a combination of all the above. This of course is a serious health hazard which I've already reported to the Health Department. What chef/cook doesn't taste the food he's serving? I understand him not wanting to taste the food from our order, but he should have tasted the garlic butter he put on our order. Really bad, and dangerous business practice. Very disappointed.....i have ordered once before but on the last $ 60 order to them will never happen again....when the driver showed up she tried to charge $ 10 more than the ticket and what was told on the phone....made her call and oh ya way more....then we asked for change for her to be tipped at least 10 bucks even after this crap and she was nasty and said i cant change anything....i deserve this i never get tipped(maybe its your attitude and shady attitude sweety) we let her keep the 20 and were even more decided when we got our food ....bubbas is usually good the pizza was so thin you could see through it except for the huge crust....not ny pizza like always, my salad was cold nasty fried chicken on wilted lettuce.....allll badddd!!!! I have supported Bubba's since they opened. Have always ordered extra cheese and even when paying extra you only get a bare minimum of cheese. They used to butter the crust and no longer do. The pizza sauce now tastes like its out of a can Got a salad that looked like two day old. It appears they no longer care about quality even though they are quite nice. I don't see going here any more, Pizza Hut looks like a better and less expensive option read more

Great NY Style pizza that's locally owned & operated.. The staff was great! The mozzarella sticks (deep fried egg roll filled with pizza cheese) were amazing! Was in Rosemary Beach for a girls weekend and we wanted pizza. A few other places we called were closed so we ordered from here. We got the Supreme and Cheese. Both were subpar. It tasted like the pies were not fresh at all and that they had been sitting there for some time prior to getting to us. While visiting the beach with my mom we order Bubbas for pick up. It's Pizza. Nothing to be excited about but it did hit the spot. We had a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza. It did it's job to make us full. The wings where pretty good. The hot wings have decent flavor. The food was ready super quick.. 15 mins. I was expecting more of a fill for a 18 inch pizza. The Italian pizza was pretty good, but the Supreme pizza wasn't worth the price. I could've gotten a cheaper price and better supreme pizza at Costco. If you're going to try this place, then I recommend trying the pizza that is named by the restaurant rather than your typical supreme, Hawaiian, or pepperoni pizza. read more

Went here for dinner based on the previous reviews here...it was ok. They were very disorganized! The food was pretty good....we had a side salad, bacon ranch fries and pizza. Nothing special about the salad but the fries were great! I really liked my pizza but my husband said his was ok. They don't put a ton of pizza sauce which I really like.
