I hesitate to give this poor of a review, but after mulling over the facts, it has to be done. They don't seem to have a very good system. I put in my order and was waiting for some time, which was fine. It let me fully observe how my order was getting prepared. The person who took my order was nice, but kept getting distracted. The serving station, where they were pulling components from was messy, as well as the counter on which they were preparing my burrito. I saw one employee wipe some cheese from the counter to the floor with his gloved hand. Multiple employees were touching different canisters, refilling cheese, etc... and coming back to fill orders without changing gloves. While the person filling my order was working on our order, he was interrupted multiple times for silly questions by those working with him. They wanted to ask if certain orders were filled. Seemed pretty obvious they had just come in and they were not filled. He had to tell them he was working on our order more than once, which I also saw as obvious. It's not like he was building a burrito for himself. The flavors are literally just sauce on top of the meat you pick, and nothing amazing. The fried cauliflower buffalo bites had good flavor but was very soggy. Overall, I'm not going back. read more

I loved the steak and shrimp burrito we got with siracha ranch, and their wings with grated parmesan were really tasty. They also provided me with more dips to test, allowing me to try new things and identify my favorite. This one was fantastic, and I also recommend others. I placed a group order with my work. Upon receiving my burrito bowl I noticed not one of the 5 toppings I chose on the ap were in my lunch. I quickly contacted the restaurant and we realized it was a door dash mistake. The toppings weren't visible on his end. Ok. No problem. I drove over with my order to have the toppings added. I was greeted by the man I spoke with. He thought at first I was requesting a refund. I explained I just wanted the toppings added since that's what I wanted when order was placed. He seemed very reluctant and explained I needed to pay an extra $3. Why?!? That's all included technically in the bowl. He wouldn't add the toppings to my bowl but proceeded to dump them in a container. Ok. Fine. He makes it very clear "this is a one time thing. We can't do this again" Sir believe me this is a one time thing because we will never order again from this location. This wasnt mine nor his mistake. I understand that. The queso here isn't even typical white Bubs queso, it was some gross, chunky, knock off Chipotle queso, and it was absolutely gross. I'm SO happy this place opened down the street from my house. I've already ordered twice in the past 2 days. I love how unique the sauces are (the General Tso was delicious and the Mango Habanero had a nice kick)! I also love the breadth of their menu. This place is a "must" for sure! My husband & I have ordered from here twice and both times were AMAZING! The first time we ordered, we added boneless wings which they forgot to give us (yes we paid for them), but we called and the owner/ manager was beyond apologetic and offered us not only free wings the next time we ordered but also a free steak burrito! So many restaurants give you just a simple apology when they make a mistake, but this act of generosity was more than we expected! I think it's a relatively new place so errors are expected but def A+ customer service! The staff is beyond pleasant and the food is very fresh and full of flavor!
