Food is always wonderful and the service is great. I go so much, that staff know me and also know what I like. Meat portions are large, they are freshly prepared on site. Also prepares their own taco shells, tortillas and salsas. The Black bean sauce and Pineapple sauce are great. Love the ability to pick all your own toppings. They are usually busy due to the quality of the food. Restaurant has a funky Mexican ambiance, they also sell their own chain T-shirts plus they have dip ice cream for dessert. I have been going to Bubbarito's anywhere from once every two weeks to twice a week for lunch in RBC for years. The ladies behind the counter are fantastic- they remember me since I always get the same thing (steak nachos which refried beans, rice onions, and queso with mushrooms thrown in every blue moon) and make me feel welcome. second time eating at a Bubba Rito's, first time at this location. For those of you familiar with Moe's and Chipotle, this is the same type of Mexican restaurant. If you aren't familiar, here's the run down. First let them know what you want - Nachos, Burrito, Tacos, etc. Second pick the meat that you want to have. Third, pick all of the toppings you want (fresh chopped onion, banana pepper, jalapeno, lettuce, pica de gallo, pickled jalapenos, black olives, etc). I was really impressed with the nacho plate they put together, of course it had only the best ingredients, because they were hand picked by me. But, they don't go light on any of the toppings, which is really nice. Bonus suggestion: Get the fresh grilled onions, these are without a doubt the best grilled onions I've ever had .... no comparison! Price was just under $9 for my order. Good fresh food and a generous portion. My only recommendation to Bubba Rito's, they were a little slow. The one guy taking the initial order was flying to take care of people, the people after him were slowing things down. Otherwise a great experience. read more

Do not. I repeat! Do not patronize this pitiful place. We have tried to cater from these people twice and on both occasions they have no food ready when we get there. The first time, they hurried to make the food at the last minute and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. This time however was so maddening. They close at 9pm. I arrived at 5 which was the time we agreed upon. I was met at the door and told they were closed. When the lady realized I had a catering order for 5, her response was "oh yeah you do have an order and said there was nothing she could do and that they had already shut the grill off. Ok, this place has now surpassed Moe's and Hot Head Burritos as our favorite Tex-Mex place to eat. We've lived in the area for over four years and had heard about this place from several people. Not sure what took us so long to try it. Talk about large portions! My wife and I both had "The Bowl" and neither one of us could finish our meal. You have several items to choose from (bowl, burrito, quesadillas, taco, etc. ) loaded with steak, chicken or ground beef. My wife had the bowl with chicken while I got the bowl with steak. Wasn't sure what to get at first until they pulled out this huge bowl when making my wife's order. There are several sauces to choose from to put on your order. Free samples on a chip are available to see which sauce you like. Probably would have tried the "Bubbas caviar" had it not been for the cilantro. Chips are also included and you get plenty of them on a separate plate. We were told to come back to the desk if we wanted more chips. Didn't even need to try. The staff was friendly and helpful in aiding us with our order since it was our first time to visit. Drinks are self-serve and they provide you with a large to-go cup. Needless to say, we refilled before heading out. This place is great and convenient. Wish we had tried it sooner. Will bring the kids next time for they have lots of menu items our picky little ones will like. Don't come and hit the lunch or dinner crowd. Not much room inside so get there a little early if possible. Again, great place to eat. Can't wait to come back. read more

This spot is very similar to a Moe's, but even more yummy! They have plastic hanging to prevent COVID spread, for anyone who is concerned, and all workers were wearing masks! I got a burrito with almost everything on it, and it was delicious! The menu has lots of options to help you decide between burritos, nachos, etc. and all of the toppings are yummy and look very fresh! read more

This place was a perfect 3 star restaurant. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I got a bowl with chicken, black beans, grilled onions, lettuce, black olives, cilantro, pico, and spicy ranch. It was pretty bland. Chicken wasn't all that seasoned, I couldn't even taste the spicy ranch at all. The chips that came on the side had more flavor than the bowl itself. But it didn't taste bad, to be fair. Just bland. The salsa station had a few salsas empty, and the fact that there was a self-serve salsa station in general had me a little leery during the COVID-19 pandemic. While the staff was wearing gloves and masks, I didn't see any tables get disinfected while we were there (even after seeing 2 tables leave). On a plus side, they do prepare your food on reusable plates and give you reusable silverware, so they are conscientious of the environment, which was pleasing to see. read more
