We made reservations for 12:30 PM and were able to sit outside on the patio. To start, we ordered the "Run Across America" sampler. For our main courses, I had the fish and chips, which was very good, and my husband ordered the crab and shrimp rolls. The best part about this restaurant is definitely the location--being up above the Strip gives you a fantastic view of everything.

It was so cool the UFC fighter Charles Oliveira 2 won the fight against Holloway and he was eating at Bubba's today! We Came around 2 o'clock as usual we got to sit down right away. We had a waiter name Kitti. Very informative. Love the trivia questions! Got the Mama blues fried shrimp today. It's a lot of shrimp very good!

Came here for XMas dinner. Bubba Gump's is one of my favourite places so when I heard there was one on the strip we just had to go. The gift shop is at the bottom and you go up the stairs to get to the restaurant area. While the restaurant was quite spacious it was packed on this night. I had made reservations awhile back but still had to wait quite awhile to get seated. There were a few impatient patrons on this day but staff did well to handle it. The decor was your typical Bubba Gump's. I ordered a Caesar Salad to share at the table and the Shrimper's Heaven for myself. Both were really good - not too much dressing on the salad, but enough. I love shrimp so having 3 kinds of fried shrimp was great for me. My wife and daughter both got the Jambalaya - flavourful and great portion. My son got the Shrimp Mac & Cheese and he enjoyed it. Our server Jamie was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were super busy service was great once we were seated.

We came on Mother's day during lunch time . We thought gonna have long wait but we didnt wait that long only 10 mins . The restaurant is only 40% full . Our server is nice , our foods came quick and so delicious

Literally my favorite meal in Vegas!! Firstly, the bartender Daniel is amazing!! So sweet, gives wonderful recommendations and in such great spirits. We sat outside, and it was such a wonderful view. Food was fabulous!

I originally left a negative review after a disappointing experience, but I want to give credit where it's due. I spoke with manager Jake, and he completely turned the situation around. His customer service skills are A1, and he genuinely took the time to listen, address my concerns, and make things right. That level of professionalism and care really matters. He definitely turned my frown upside down, and I truly appreciate the effort he made to fix the situation. Thank you, Jake!"

Bottom line. Good food, fun atmosphere!! Our server Keisha was great. My hubby and I came for lunch and it was great. He started with hush puppies and shrimp jumbo. Both were excellent. The gumbo had plenty of fish, shrimp and sausage. It had plenty of flavor and spice but not too much! He had the fish and chips and I had the bourbon mahi mahi and shrimp. All was grilled well and the mashed potatoes were good. Everything was served hot! The bathrooms were updated and very clean!! Prices were actually fine for Vegas.

When you walk in, there are smiley faces on the floor that lead you to check in for seating. There's Forest Gump movie references throughout the restaurant. Our server, DK, was amazing. He was attentive to where I didn't have to ask for refills. He made sure to explain the menu thoroughly. I even like how he questioned us about to movie. The crab and shrimp boil was so delicious. I got the Cajun flavor. It wasn't spicy but very flavorful. I was really hungry so I ate the whole thing in one sitting. I highly recommend the boil if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. They give you an apron but I didn't ask for gloves. It's definitely worth trying.

We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was Israel who was very nice and efficient. I ordered the lobster butter mahi mahi and spouse ordered the bourbon street mahi. Both pieces of mahi were a touch over cooked but everything was seasoned nicely and tasted good.

Typical tourist trap restaurant. The hubby and our friend wanted to stop in for dinner. Yes, it's expensive but it's right on the Las Vegas strip. Customer service was ok.

Bubba Gump outdoor patio provides a great view of the Las Vegas Strip. Plenty of indoor seating too. There is no nearby parking. Best bet is fork out the $25 fee at Paris and park there. Its a semi short walk. We ordered an appetizer plate with everything, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 alcoholic drinks. The bill was just under $100. Menu consists of shrimp, steak, chicken, sakads, etc. Its mostly shrimp. Service was friendly. Food was good.

The first floor of Bubba Gump LV is its stadium store. The restaurant is on the second floor. They have a few tables in the outdoor patio and many more tables & booths inside. I enjoyed the Mama Blue's shrimp gumbo. Adding Louisiana hot sauce totally brings out the flavors. Meat on the crab & shrimp rolls seems to be on the skimpy side considering its $26 price tag. Food came out promptly after we ordered. And the service is adequate. They probably get a lot of its business due to its location, right at the end of the pedestrian bridge.

    Kristen M.

The restaurant is in a prime location for tourists and beach goers. We were told that our wait would be 25mins but we waited about 15 mins. My table wasn't the cleanest but I got over it. We say at the back of the restaurant with a great view of the ocean. The cheese pull on the lobster Mac and cheese was perfect. The fried pickles were not greasy. My stuffed shrimp was just ok, I wouldn't order it again. The jambalaya was pretty good for a chain restaurant. Would I go back? Yes.

Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

The atmosphere felt upscale but still comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the night. It's definitely a place where you can take your time, catch up, and not feel rushed. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and checked in at the right moments without hovering. They made good recommendations and kept everything running smoothly. Wasn't sure what I was expecting when she said oyster bar, but it was not what I was expecting. . It was a cool vibe and one of the first things that stood out that she was surprised about was that there was no line. My friend said it's the first time she's been there and there was not a line. Treated her to dinner after letting crash at her place with less than 24 hrs notice. We were there on a Tuesday evening everything that we did this day appeared to be a light crowd day. Tuesday's is the day to go hang out in Vegas if you want shorter lines. I ordered the gumbo with only shrimp as the protein with the okra. It was yummy. I enjoyed it. The gravy was nice. I ended up with two bowls of white rice, which is not typically my choice. However, it was. It was great in there with the gravy and okra and I got the lowest spice level I could which was one so everything was pretty cool there large portions lots of shrimp. I cut my shrimp in half cause I like my things bite-size I have a very small mouth and I was laughing because they gave me a really large spoon which is too big for my mouth so I use my fork that came with a napkin. My friend ordered the BOUILLABAISSE. She powered through it quickly, so I think it was pretty tasty for her too. Three things that got my attention. 1. I enjoyed seeing them prepare our meal right there in front of us how efficient and clean and things were so that was great and it was a bit of a show. 2. They served me water with ice. I don't necessarily appreciate that. I don't like ice in my water and I would prefer them to ask me what I'd like to drink before just serving me something, there may be however, how they do it at bars I don't go to a lot of bars. I'm also sensitive because I have bladder disorder and cold things set off my bladder. 3. I didn't care for the dynamics and exchange that felt off when trying to pay with my tap from my phone. I had to literally give him the phone to do the payment and I feel like that's a little bit of a disconnect the purpose of my mind of doing my tap is so that I don't have to give you my card or my phone so I feel like that's something that's gotta be a little bit more efficient for them to work on especially how busy they are and you know the amount of traffic that takes place in a bar. I love the look and the set up. It felt really cool. It didn't feel like we were sitting in the middle of a casino although we were. I loved seeing them prepare the food from start to finish. That was also really great. I would definitely go there again if I'm in town and we're in the mood for that type of food it had the New Orleans, Louisiana flavor vide to theme to me and really clean. On that note so are the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and the speed to get in and out of the bathrooms. I'm always gonna give a review on the bathrooms cause they're very important to me as I do have bladder disorder. I hope you all find this read helpful.
