My husband had a severe tooth ache and needed to be seen ASAP. Mind you, he wasn't an existing patient so I knew it was a long shot to get an emergency appointment that worked with his schedule. His previous dentist hours were just not flexible enough. I knew that Graham Family was open late and I loved my experience so I gave them a call. They got him in and worked with his schedule. Not only did they work with his schedule, he had an abscess and needed a root canal and they were SO KIND to alter the schedule and fit him in same day (even though I think the dentist was about to head home!!) We were absolutely grateful because we are flying out of town this weekend and he couldn't miss any more work for another appointment this week. The staff is so so sweet. All the front desk ladies there are amazing. I could sit and talk with them for hours!!! My husband gets a little anxious at the dentist and he also had a great experience. He was very comfortable here and he even commented on how nice all the assistants were to him and he LOVED Dr. Chen. I would recommend this office to everyone! It's a phenomenal place to establish care.

Unethical buisness practices…read more During my deep cleaning sessions that i received on 4/23 & 4/24 my gums got tore up pretty badly by the hygenist. I LOST SOME GUM TISSUE IN THE PROCESS, WHICH DOESNT GROW BACK. (This is not supposed to happen) After the deep cleaning,,, they changed the initial measurements of my gum line. The prior measurements of 3's&4's before the cleaning became 4's&5's after the cleaning Ill be following up on this. To make matter worse, since i was in soo much pain due to the gum loss and the gum tissue being so swollen and inflamed. I asked Dr pavlov for 1 or 2 pain pills to get me through the next 24hrs. Dr Pavlov, became dismissive and flippant. He rudely stated that my request was highly unusual. I didnt ask for anything more to get me through a 24hour period. Lets not forget his staff caused this issue. He didnt even take the time to examine my tore up gums. Yeah, how dare I ask for pain relief when im experiencing pain that your practice caused. Im a 58 yo professional/USAF. And he treated me like a drug seeking addict. Even though they caused the issue by their shoddy performance of cleaning my teeth. I dont tolerate being treated this way. ESP AFTER THE POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. No empathy whatsoever. I dont know if he was having a bad day, Or if thats just his normal demeaner. He was also rude to one of his staff members. Either way not an acceptable attitude from a healthcare provider. And terrible level of service received. Yeah, goodbye. Im still in pain. 4/27

Was told 1st one would be covered under insurance and I would pay out of pocket for 2nd. I paid for the 2nd procedure 1/2 up front balance after procedure. 2 years later they state insurance is denying 1st and I owe $400us dollars. Pretty unbelievable and was told I need to work it out with the insurance. Isn't that what a pre authorization is for? My last procedure the male dentist took a personal call and was on his Bluetooth my whole procedure and rushed the whole thing. My filling felt unnatural and uncomfortable but after he was so unprofessional during the procedure I felt it was unacceptable and unprofessional taking a personal call that I would never go back. They are now sending collection notices and threats. This is completely wrong and I gave them the opportunity to make it right and the refused. I feel like they are scamming the insurance or me or both. They should be investigated. After doing thorough research of the bills/insurance statements reason for insurance denial was due to LATE SUBMISSION. Which is 100% this clinics fault! The claim was sent MONTHS after the procedure was performed! SHAME ON YOU!

    Earlier last year, I visited this dental office after moving to the area, seeking treatment for…read morepain in one of my molars. With fillings in most of my molars, I expected that I'd eventually need root canals on those teeth. After an initial assessment, the dentist informed me that multiple fillings needed to be redone. I asked about the cost out of pocket, and was told it would be $0. Based on their recommendations, I decided to proceed with the treatments, including addressing the painful tooth. The dentist warned me that the painful tooth might need a root canal, but they wouldn't know for sure until they began the procedure. I expressed my preference to go ahead with a root canal, so I wouldn't have to come back, especially since they couldn't guarantee that replacing the filling would resolve the pain. They scheduled my appointment, though the front desk tried to push it two weeks out. After reminding them that the dentist considered the situation urgent, they suddenly had an earlier opening just a few days later. On the day of the procedure, I reiterated that I wanted to move forward with a root canal. Halfway through, they informed me that the dentist working on my teeth didn't actually perform root canals and that they could only do a filling. I was shocked. After the procedure, my pain persisted, and I was told I'd need to return for a root canal. At this point, I was told that I'd hit my insurance coverage limit, meaning I'd need to pay the remainder out of pocket. They insisted I pay everything upfront, but I refused and asked them to run it through insurance first and bill me for the balance. I also made it clear that I didn't believe I should be charged for the initial filling, given that it was ultimately replaced with a root canal. They refused to waive that charge. They told me they would prescribe something for the pain until I could be seen for the root canal. I informed them that I had just finished 4 weeks of antibiotics for another issue and they made the decision that another antibiotic would not fix the issue, so they would prescribe me something else for the pain. When I went to pickup the rx, it was an antibiotic, which I did not want. I ended up canceling the rx and just working through the pain for the next few days (I'm allergic to NSAIDs so there wasn't much I could do). After finally having the root canal, my pain didn't subside after a few days. They had me come back to their office just to refer me to urgent care, where they assured me that I just needed to wait a few weeks for my gums to heal from all the dental work. So, I ended up at urgent care because the dental office seemed uncertain, adding additional hundreds of dollars to my medical bills. Months later, I still hadn't received a bill or any follow-up, but then I found out they had sent me to collections. To make matters worse, my tooth still bothers me. I would strongly advise against going to this office. The staff is unprofessional, the communication is poor, and most importantly, they seem completely incompetent.

I was told I needed a root canal. There has been some discrepancy about this in the past, so I asked from a second opinion with the dentist who flew in from Michigan. He was incredibly rude and said, "this is why no one wants to work on your tooth." Because... I asked for a second opinion... Due to previous contrary exams...? What? I got the second opinion. They said I needed it so I tried to go back to Brite Now. Every time I tried to book, it was declined because of my insurance. I called my insurance, they said Brite Now was the only place that took my insurance. For a year, my children and I were declined appointments while paying into an insurance that wasn't working (Delta). During this time, my cavity calicified. I had to ask for charity funds from their school to get their teeth cleaned. I am now on my newly husband's Delta insurance. I had a deep cleaning and my root canal done (with dignity and courtesy of my questions and scans). There are poor people dentists and middle class dentists. Why must poor people continue to be badgered and treated poorly even by their inadequate health care professionals? It is outrageous. Frack Brite Now!

    This office will nickel and dime you. From the $250 up front fee to the $2,000 out of pocket (after…read moreinsurance) cost of treatment, to the $500 bill for late cancels. Oh and of course the CT scan no one asked for, for a TISSUE GRAPH not a mouth tumor. Get a second opinion from a doctor who cares less about the branded uniforms his employees wear and the fancy envelopes they send you home with. Full story - First off, let me start off by saying if you walk into a dental office and the office manager and a patient are arguing over money, run. That's how my visit started. I then was asked to pay $250 up front even though my insurance should cover the first appointment, (I assume this $250 was after insurance). I then was told I had to have a CT scan taken to tell me what is very clear, my bottom gums are receding which is why my dentist referred me, for a tissue graft. But sadly, Dr. Chilluli found a way to capitalize on this. Once this took place, he then sat me in a room with a giant screen of my mouth to show me once again what I already knew, and why my dentist recommended I see a periodontist. They way it was presented felt like "listen here you idiot" instead of here's the situation let me help offer a solution. Fast forward to the treatment plan. Dr insisted on a BONE graph in addition to the tissue graph. A bone graph which is not covered by insurance. I thought that was a red flag when I saw the price sheet telling me this would cost me $2,000 out of pocket AFTER INSURANCE. I was told by the staff after giving me this price tag that I wouldn't be able to book over the phone if I decided to wait but would need to COME back just to get this booked (insane). Oh and if you miss your appointment or cancel last minute they will charge $500. I ended up getting a second opinion from Dr. Cho in Bellevue and rather than insisting on taking my money she advised a completely different treatment option that was $200 out of pocket. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
