They were very heavily booked with the holiday approaching, and I was made no promises about when they could squeeze us in. I drove up from Illinois that night regardless, figuring I'd play the odds with it being an intermittent issue. They were knocking on our door at 7am the next day, having already looked over the system and made the diagnosis. Within half an hour the problem was resolved, cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed. I highly recommend their service. It was incredibly accommodating, professional, and reasonable.

Their ad states they work on outdoor wood burners which I also have hooked up to my water heater and furnace. After lots of questions and humming & having, he states he's not interested as it's an older wood burner and they got out of the business unless they installed it. I didn't bother to tell him I wanted to install a tank less water system as well. Before doing that I need to know what is causing the water temp issue. I did call him back to say he should update his website to state only installed by their company woodburners are serviced and not waste everyone's time. I don't get where they won't service a system. Mine is working great atv20 years but know I'll need a new one before long. I won't be calling them. He could have at least come out to look at the part on water heater im sure is malfunctioning.
