In the beginning, after the post, Anthony agreed to return some of the $ but wanted my parents to agree to allow him to keep around 50k for "administrative fees, restocking fees, etc." What a joke, you want restocking fees for materials you haven't yet ordered and administrative fees for having accomplished nothing to that point. Obviously we said no. Our attorney has been in touch but I'm guessing this will be a long drawn out issue. He has yet to do the right thing once in this process. I don't see him doing it now. I'm sure he's spent the money or is using it for some other project he's currently on. Nothing has changed, Anthony and his business are Complete Scammers! Run the other direction.

So I contacted him a couple weeks ago one night scrolling on Facebook after seeing his ad a friend had shared & he responded the next morning. They identified that Kohler had not sent enough of the proper materials and returned when those arrived. The workmanship by Brian was professional, quick and cost effective. All 3 showers and 3 tubs are now safe and working. They also re-set a toilet, and replaced a faulty toilet fill line which should never have burst to begin with. The house is only 5 years old. 2. They performed a major re-route in our basement of the overflow valve for the softener which involved 2 men, Brian and apprentice Seth. Again really difficult work and done in a timely, professional way - worth every cent to get it done and done right! 3. They also had to fix a burst sprinkler pipe and figure out why it occurred in the first place. If they hadn't found the source of the problem (much testing, running upstairs, outside and back in, the same issue would have happened this coming winter. Kudos for the fix and making it permanent. We have moved many times, and owned many homes with plumbing problems. I would hire Dellwood again and have recommended them to a friend who has plumbing issues. They gave fast, courteous and cost effective service.

I waited 2 weeks and had to call back just to get it moving, and the job didn't actually happen until six weeks after my original call. When he finally came, he called my tenant at work and asked her to leave her shift because he was "in the neighborhood." He was there 15 minutes. I was charged $180. Six weeks of delay, no communication, and no regard for my tenant's time. Would not recommend.
