The bills aren't consistent... $40 one month, $48 second month $74 the 3rd month... ask them at the gym why the price fluctuates and they don't know anything. In fact, they just argue with you even if you have the bank statements. Oh, and the $20 deposit on the access card isn't refundable so they lie about that too. Overall, planet fitness or any other gym in the area would be a better decision if your not trying to get got!

Been going to CrossFit WV for about a year and absolutely love their approach to fitness. Typical…read moreof CrossFit gyms (or boxes in their lingo), the coach led workouts feature a great variety of Olympic type lifts (dead lifts, clean & jerks, squats...), body weight movements (pull ups, push ups, ring dips...) and locomotion (running, box jumps, rowing...). A usual work out consists of 5 - 10 minutes of warm up, a review of techniques to be used, then a high intensity workout lasting between 10 and 20 minutes. Several coaches are on hand to offer assistance with technique and encouragement. The primary coaches (Caroline & Drew) do a great job of teaching the fundamentals to get the most out of the exercises and, most importantly, keep safe. There are numerous other trained coaches who help out during peak times. There's good diversity in the membership's ages and abilities, but surprisingly little "attitude". You can push yourself as much as you want. You can have friendly competition with others or just work on personal bests. The box is definitely not a glossy, chromed & mirrored gym, but for those looking to get in shape for sports or just general life, it hard for me to imagine a better option.

The kids' classes are a blast, and there are always fun events going on. There was just a benefit yoga-thon and you could take classes for donations. I've heard this is a regular thing. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. I am new to yoga and am just learning about all the benefits of practicing, but I can already tell a huge difference in my general well-being. I am looking forward to more classes at the Leaf.

With tax, admission was over $40. I believe they also offer some kind of splash option for additional money. These prices are before you get anything to eat or drink and of course, most kids will want to play the video type games. These cost extra money. You could easily run through over $60 for two kids to play a couple of hours. Besides, about a fourth of the playground is for kids 3 and under, so the play area for those 4 and over is actually smaller than it first appears. All in all, my opinion is that this is an outrageously expensive place to take your kids. I would not do it again under any circumstances.

Part of a climbing tunnel is roped off because there's a tear in the fabric, yet kids are able to just climb through it. After spending $25 for a game card, many of the games took money off the card but did not work. It's a hassle trying to get a refund. The place looks a little dirty and paint is missing from the walls in places. Employees are nice and helpful. Owner who works there does not appear competent. I most likely won't return under the current conditions.
