So I took my machine to your Tulsa location to be fixed.....thread kept getting caught on something inside.  Charged $200. Picked it up and it worked great for a little bit.  Took it in again.  They would have charged me again except that it was still within some sort of time frame. Picked it up and was told that the first time they only bent the piece back and did nothing else. This time though, the piece was broken off. They said the machine wasn't fixable because the part was no longer made. They then wanted to charge me $50 (because "the operator must be inexperienced" I've been sewing since Jr high.) to which I adamantly refused.  Manager finally agreed.  A friend had done this part for me and she was quite upset. I then sent an email to the manager Billi, telling her that she owed me $200 and a new sewing machine because her employees basically broke my machine. She of course refused to do that, but said she could give me a gift card. I still have not seen the gift card and it's been months. First she claimed she had mailed it, but then she said I could pick it up in the store.  When I emailed her to ask if the gift card was ready to pick up, there has been no response. I am a newer customer to Be-Sew-Inn. But in the last year I've learned more and enjoyed sewing and embroidery more than I expected. I went to another store in Tulsa to buy a sewing machine and they couldn't have cared less. So I went with my friend to Be-Sew-Inn and bought a machine in less than an hour. They helped me fit the machine to my needs and budget. Since then I've bought an embroidery machine and attended every event they offer. They make it fun and educational. I highly recommend the events and the free classes offered on your machines. I feel like a member of a family and have made lots of friends. Go in, you won't be disappointed. read more

I'm crying the happiest of tears! Why you ask? I am a seamstress for a few small online shops. My serger was only shooting out thread and not looping it at all. I went to another local shop to try and trouble shoot and they were kind but advising me against informatIon I knew, that I knew, that I knew... so.. I thought I better go see what the happy people at B Sew Inn Tulsa thought. Cheri assisted me with trouble shooting again but still no avail. She did however teach me a lot of neat tricks. I felt very confident that at this point my serger did indeed need serviced. I felt most comfortable checking it in with them apprised to the store I was at previously and do I did. Was a very easy process and again experienced more friendly staff. After that got handled I realized I had one last order I needed to ship by 8pm today. I drove and called around Tulsa trying to find a very basic machine to use as back up mostly just to complete this order. No matter where I went I couldn't find a machine that met my needs... I even sent a message over to my client stating the fastest I could get a back up machine and the order sent out would be Thursday. In one last attempt I thought I would call and see what the lowest price serger B Sew Inn of Tulsa had was, remember I already have one and really only need it for the one order, well..... much to my surprise Melanie the store manager answered and invited me to come in and use their equipment to get the order out in time! I have been a customer of Bee Sew Inn (BSI) for several years but since retiring I am a more frequent visitor and customer. A year ago, I decided to purchase an embroidery sewing machine. I had never done machine embroidery before but am making my best effort to learn how to do that. The teachers and sales associates at Bee Sew Inn are always ready to help me with a problem or give advice when I need help. They are well versed in their machines and in sewing issues in general. They have free classes to help teach the ins and outs of embroidery, quilting, and general sewing when the client purchases a machine from BSI. I enjoy the classes I have taken and the special events they host for a special speaker or vendor. I have a lot more to learn about embroidery but I am making progress and with their friendly help, I hope to do even better. The service technicians know what they are doing and are quite helpful when a problem develops with a machine. All in all, I am quite pleased with their service, knowledge, and training. read more
