9/15/2022 Reached out yesterday, for an appointment today. Brandon was very nice and professional. My front yard, started turning brown about three weeks ago.. Another contractor suggested we have someone come out and verify if it was over fertilized, or it being diseased.. Five stars for punctuality, and just a nice, honest demeanor. I also have two circular burn holes in front, which was also a concern.. He put my fears to ease! The circular holes- rabbits.. yes we have a lot of cottontail rabbits in our neighborhood.. As for it being diseased.. no signs... So glad we called and had him stop by.. Even though he isn't taking any new clients, he still took time to stop by!! Really appreciated that the numerous dog toys were moved out of the way of the spray. I am disabled and cannot do it myself.

I've had a really good experience with B's - they have taken care of our yard (mowing, pest and spider control, thatching, aerating, bush/tree planting etc) for a good price for 2-3yrs now. My husband has bad luck with spiders and always seems to find them and B's is his go-to. I do wish there was an online method to pay. For how they've managed things here I feel like they do a good job for the price. One of his guys was kind enough to show me about the zones on our sprinklers so I could adjust them on the new sprinkler system I put in for my garden plot, no attitude about it. We have an alarm system on our house and the alarm has never gone off while they've been here, so that's reassuring. B's has also come out and planted 3 trees and 3 bushes and hooked up the sprinklers for them in a nice neat fashion. Looks great! read more

Terrible!! Terrible!! The guy came over with an attitude. He sprayed pesticide all over our tools in the shed. He then ran out of water and had to ask to use our water. Then the gas used to power his equipment ran out. It's worth it to pay more for a reliable and well known source. read more

We were customers for a couple years. They were very reasonably priced. We had a good experience with them two years ago, but last year we were pretty disappointed. They left trimmings all over our grass and didn't remove them, 3-4 times. Not just a few trimmings either... ALL of the trimmings. We tried to call them to ask why and found it very difficult to contact them. The number that we called referred us to another number... odd. When they finally did call us back, they explained the mower was broken and they would come by to rake them up. He was nice enough on the phone, but no real empathy. Fine. But it would have been nice to get a note from them explaining. The trimmings did get raked up, but not right away. And then it happened over and over. Each time it just was more and more frustrating for us. Possibly they are better this year, because we did have one good year with them, but we didn't want to risk it. read more

We just moved into this old 1922 home in sparks. Did not know it was infested with roaches tell the night we moved in!! I was about to move out I'm highly scared of them spiders, and snakes!! On top of it I'm terminal and have pets!! My husband runs a warehouse and a customer of ours said call mark from B's pest control. I have to say and admit cause I don't lie but I thought this is a joke and the only way to get rid of them is to tent the home!! Well as mark explained to me that this bait he uses will not harm my pets or my family. Cause I have grandkids and it looks like peanut butter lol!! He said be patient cause the place is highly infested. Well I was so happy wene we woke up this morning you are surprise there has to be at least 100 or more dead and acting drunk like mark said!! If anyone has a problem I have to say give mark a call asap and he will take care of them!! He Is very passionate about his job and ppl!! And animals!! And the best part is I can call him at anytime if I have a ?. Mark I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart cause now I can put together my home thanks to you!!! I see the reviews are generally split - I recommend asking for Mark for your pest control needs. I am, as they say, a crazy cat lady. Or as I say obsessed with my fury babies. So pest control is a touchy subject for me, as the chemicals are generally harsh and altogether don't mix with animals. When the people working at my apartment told me the pest control services they use "should be safe for pets," I promptly cancelled my appointment for an internal spray for spiders. I couldn't reach the pest service my apartments use, therefore not able to get additional information. But I had luckily stopped by my parents house when Mark from B's was taking care of their place. Mark took the time to explain the different chemicals he uses and why. And that whenever there is something new offered to him, he researches it. If he isn't comfortable using it, he won't. As a pet lover himself and clearly someone who cares about his craft, I am so happy I got in contact with him. read more

We had Brenden from B's Lawn & Pest Control Services come to our house for the pest control after we saw some insects inside the house. He arranged to come after his normal business hours considering that I am a small business owner who cannot leave my store early, and... he showed up right on time. How many people do that? His service itself was really good, he explained everything about the process, and is very knowledgeable of what he's doing. Mark came out to our house the same day after we emailed him in the middle of the night with concerns over bed bugs. He came to our house and performed a free inspection. He set our fears at ease. We used B's off and on for 5 years, and pretty regularly for the last 2 of them. We were on a contract for lawn and pest. We were pleased in the beginning and continued to have good luck with the lawn service. I thought they were doing a great job but discovered several cracks in the drip they never noticed. The pest control is where we had the most issues. When Brandon sprayed the house, we had no issue. When Mark took over, it was a disaster. We were told that our service covered everything; if we saw bugs, they'd spray again. It was a constant struggle. Mark never sprayed the perimeter. He would leave one puff on each side of the room. He argued with me when I asked him to come back and spray because I was still seeing bugs. He argued with me about spraying the roses, saying we didn't have aphids. He also baited our garage for mice. I wanted him to check the attic for them just to be sure and he argued with me about that and I continued to find droppings in my garage. We had him every other month for $50 each time and were still seeing bugs. I finally questioned why I was paying this guy to argue with me and not provide the service he said he would so I canceled. I tried to share my concerns with Brandon, the owner but he didn't care. He was argumentative, told me I was wrong, and asked for his bait stations back. I hired a different company that comes every 3 months and provides better results for less cost. read more

He is also quite excellent in repairing any sprinkler problems that we have had. This company has the worst quality work I have ever experienced. Very sloppy! The workers' attitudes are horrible, very argumentative. Everything they do is done half way. They do not want to be doing the work and complain loudly about it to each other while they are here working and are always using the "F bomb". So unprofessional! They blow leaves/debris from the drive onto my patio every time and leave it there, and I have to clean it up. Or they blow everything into the neighbors yards, and the neighbors are upset about it. They never pick anything up! Now they've started blowing everything into the street and on the sidewalk out front and just leave it there. They are the laziest workers EVER! Yesterday we had the only significant snowstorm of the entire winter (3/3/18) and they plowed the snow into a huge pile right where I have to park my car in the drive. I was pulling up when he was plowing and I told him he couldn't put the snow there as I had to park there. He yelled out the window "I have to be out here doing this on a fuc*ing Saturday!". Then he said he didn't know where else to put the snow. I told him it couldn't stay where he put it because it's where I have to park my car, and he said he wasn't moving the snow and then he just left. So I can't park in my drive. These are horrible people and I would not recommend doing business with this company. We started with B's some years ago when Scott was taking care of everything on the grounds, but he moved to FL a couple of summers ago and the workers now are the WORST! I'm told it's the owner's son who takes care of the grounds now, so he won't be leaving this company any time soon. Stay very clear of this company!!! read more
