My niece and I went in a few weeks ago to get cigarettes & a vape, they were extremely overpriced so we decided not to buy anything, as we were walking out the men behind the counter accused me of stealing a lighter!! I was of course furious! I am not lacking in the money department whatsoever so to be accused just because we wouldn't purchase anything from them was absolutely absurd and ridiculous!!! I wouldn't recommend going to that store at all! They are rude and also racist! I give them ZERO stars!!!! read more

Their staff/ownership is horrible. They make up prices based on your interaction and will barter. Been there a couple times and prices for the same item ranged from $23-$38. read more

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Terrible product selection and god awful customer service. I've witnessed the front desk rep lie to other customers for what seemed like mere convenience? I've also witness racist remarks from behind the counter thinking nobody could hear... I don't typically write reviews, but 9 out of my 10 last visits I've witnessed something terrible-- to me or to other customers. DON'T GO HERE. I would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way than to contribute to the success of this business. read more

Arrogance by the owner along with fraudulent pricing, buyer beware. Shope somewhere else, as I was scammed by owner himself. I think weights n measures might stop by. Ahem. Stogies is 5 min around the corner behind target. Fantastic staff. Great prices won't try to scam you like here. read more

They sell fake items here and faulty electronics and terrible customer care to go along with all of this

Just go anywhere else!! This place is Shady!!! Save money anywhere else. The customer service is awful!

This smoke shop sucks. They don't know anything about what they sell, the prices are higher than anywhere else. And to top it all off, they're not even till 9, they close early. I promise you're better off driving 10 minutes south to The Lake in pleasant grove. Not pleased for being a Lehi local. read more

I need to preface this by saying two girls that work there are AWESOME to deal with, but the guys not so much. I have been buying disposables since quitting smoking and I had a situation the same as Connor below. The prices are marked in front of the acrylic display, but when they rang up, they were higher than advertised. The shorter gentleman that works there wouldn't honor the advertised price so I left and went to Draper Coffee and Vape where they always are honest and upfront with their business practices. Ain't nobody got time for shadiness like at B's. read more

The cigars are so dry they can't even be smoked. There's also a very small selection of most things

I means it's ok for a smoke shop. The staff dosnet know jack about their own products but thank goodness I do, they were still welcoming. Personally I would take the extra 5 minutes to go to stogies. read more

I have been going to this smoke shop for 4 years and have always been treated kindly and with respect. Last week the female employee misinformed me and I spent $80 on the wrong product so when I went back to exchange it for something else I was told that it was my fault and she refused to exchange it. She then lashed out at me and accused me of attacking her-extremely unprofessional! Especially since her husband was there hanging out with her behind the counter and there were other customers behind me. Mike-you need to fire her immediately! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I literally bought a Hyde from them, one hour later it stop working and they don't do refunds or will change you the product. You guys suck ass read more

Once Utah got rid of the .5 nicotine Hyde bars this store was basically just an overpriced less efficient version of The Lake in PG. Go here if you want overpriced products and very little expertise from the employees on the products you're looking at. read more

If you like wasting money, then go to this shop. Every other vape shop will save you a lot of money.

They had a good selection, but I was there getting juice and coils, I felt rushed and like he just wanted to get me out of his store so he could go back to sitting on his phone, he sat in the corner until I was already waiting for someone to come help me. And the whole time he was helping me he was on his phone, I wanted to get 4 juices and I only ended up with 2 because every time I would tell him what I wanted he would get it and walk to the register without even saying anything. read more

Unfriendly, rude, unpleasant middle Estern owners who find it inconvenient to help out costemers! Attatude of how dare you interrupt my TV show or my phone call to purchase an item from us! I swear the owner deal hard drugs out of the back of the shop. read more

Ok place but the guys there weren't very friendly. Most of my help was from the customers who were in the store shopping. When I asked for a product they didn't give me any options just put one brand in front of me. Didn't ask questions or allow me to ask questions. My opinion? Go to West Jordan's House of Hookah on 1300th and 90th south. Best smoke shop ever! read more

Your cashier just tired to overcharge me on 2 items. Had him check prices total cost was 3$ lower than what he rang me up for. They totally try to take extra money from you at the register. And he was certain he was right. Double check your prices before you pay. read more

DO NOTTTTT buy from here. Drive anywhere but here. The owner is the biggest DOUCHE and won't let you return or exchange a broken device. I bought a $30 disposable vape, that I've bought before from another smoke shop. Tried it in the store and it worked great. By the end of the night it stopped working completely. I called the next day and the worker said that the owner would yell at her if she exchanged it. Awful service. read more
