Bryce is an awesome individual who really cares about his clients needs. also very reliable and is easy to get of hold when ever you have any needs read more

I couldn't be any more happier with Bryce...He genuinely cares for my well being and is very attentive.

Horrible service!! Kim was the one to assist me and she literally promised that my landlord policy was issued however there was no Declaration page that I could have proof. She said the application was proof. Which is not, if you know insurance which I clearly do and hold a license myself. Every time I called or emailed she seemed busy and no one else could assist. Clearly there was never a policy in place which I knew however I took her word for it. Also her title says Executive Assistant which means she does not hold a license as I don't see a license number anywhere. Beware! What a headache! I've attached an email she sent me promising I was covered. I see another similar post regarding the same thing. read more

Bryce Olson - State Farm Insurance Agent - Email confirming I have coverage. But can't get proof. - Home & Rental Insurance Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Bryce Olson's team is awesome, namely Stephanie. She took the time and care to look for the best rate and discounts to best fit my needs. She was kind and patient all throughout the process. I have been a customer for the past year and a half after being with a different insurance company for more than 25 yrs, and the customer service I have received in the past year and a half is incomparable! I highly recommend Bryce Olson's team. read more

I was with another auto insurance company but they raised my rates by over 40% for no reason. I've had a clean driving record for over 35 years, so I went shopping and was told the rates have gone up for everyone due to the increased cost of insuring cars in Nevada. Despite that, Jeannette quoted me a better rate and was able to increase my coverages. My rates still went up from last year, but she explained everything and made purchasing auto insurance as painless as possible. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. I will likely bundle my home insurance with them as well. read more

I will never do business with State Farm again, and I would highly discourage others to from doing business with this insurance company as well. Especially with this particular office. I've had so many issues with this office over the last 6 months. From paying for a policy that never got issue (was without coverage and they failed to notify me). It literally took their underwriting department 3 months to finally issue my car insurance policy after constant calls and complaints. The agents in this office don't communicate with each other. They promise to follow up and nothing gets done. After finally getting my policy, their agent Kim was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly over talked and interrupted me because she didn't want the extra foot work that was required in order to research to either refund me for a policy they never issued (over 2 months ago), or credit MY account. As a licensed insurance agent, I would never disrespect my clients the way that she did Or leave them left wondering after taking an oath to perform such duty. Classless and distasteful!! read more

I am so thankful to have found this State Farm insurance agent. Mr Olson's team... specifically Ms. Edie is the best thing that has happened to me! NO ONE at state farm, including their "1-800" number would assist me with an error that was created on State Farm's end. I owed hundreds of dollars and had suspended plates for an error that was not to my own fault. I happened to stumble upon Mr. Bryce Olson's office online, and gave it a shot to call and see if maybe they could help me directly. Edie has worked tirelessly for months to ensure that those fees were dropped and my plates were re-instated. Not only is she personable, but she gets the job done when no one else would. If it weren't for this team, I would have canceled my State Farm insurance and gone elsewhere. I owe them a "thank you" a million and one times over again. My piece of advice is to NOT sign up through the 1800 State Farm line, contact this office directly and they will do anything to get you set up with zero issues. I also wanted to give a thank you to Arman for assisting me as well. What a great team they have here. read more

I'm very fortunate that Ms. Edie Denzel answered the phone when I called the Bryce Olson agency recently for insurance quotes. With the abundant competition in the market, she convincingly won me over as a new client for auto insurance. Edie not only patiently helped me select necessary coverages, but also took the initiative and time to explain why certain coverages were not applicable to my situation (despite my past understanding, the provisions in my existing policy...) and, hence, would be a waste of money to include in the new policy. That demonstrates why online "self-assembled" insurance policies are not advisable without pre-discussions with the licensed experts. Edie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and candid; and always responds to emails or phone calls promptly, if not immediately. It's a pleasure to work with Edie of the Bryce Olson team! read more

Bryce and his team are always there to help! I was with another company before just for my auto and he was able to get my auto, home owner's insurance, and life insurance combined for less than what I was just paying for auto insurance. Highly recommend! read more
