I immediately contacted State Farm to ask why this happened and to get a refund. I am a Retired Disabled Combat Veteran with PTSD and TBI (traumatic brain injury). I constantly write down my conversations with various businesses to aid my TBI and my memory. I specifically asked State Farm if the Dodge Charger would be taken off my policy. The representative stated yes. I have attached the most recent emails sent and received from State Farm. These emails show specifically how State Farm treats Disabled Veterans. To charge a Disabled Veteran for a vehicle that State Farm acknowledged was totaled is reprehensible. To then refuse to refund the obvious mistake is worse! I cannot believe State Farm would do this to a Disabled Retired Combat Veteran!
