I live in Arizona but bought a truck in South Carolina. I needed to find a place to check it out…read morebefore buying it (Chevy 2500 Duramax) and this place came up as close to my hotel. Figured that was good in case it took a while. I called them up and made an appointment a couple days before I flew out there. Girl on the phone was very sweet (and I feel terrible that I can't remember her name). Took the truck in and they were looking at it very quickly. I went for a walk to grab some lunch and they called me when it was done. The mechanic came out, a former Detroit Diesel guy, and walked me through everything he looked at, what would need attention soon and what was fine. Sometimes mechanics are not great with customers...was not the case here. Wish I could remember his name too, but he was very personable. Whole shop was friendly and helpful, and they certainly seem to know their diesels. Price was lower than I expected and it's been over a month with no hidden issues in the truck. If I lived here, this is where I'd be taking my vehicles. If it's good enough for all the Ambulances that were being serviced there, then it's good enough for me!

My car was driveable, so waited for my insurance company. Getting that info was not easy, but Eagle kept up on my behalf. When they did get it, I took my car in, and Enterprise had a rental car ready for me. I don't know what kind of mood writer Jennifer F. was in, but receptionist Jennifer was quick to jump in to work with my insurance company. Tom was on the top, keeping me up to date. I chose Eagle over the insurance company triage at another dealer, based on ratings. I must say, I went to take pictures of my car, and the entire front in was in need of replacement, simply because all of the cosmetic parts are "plastic", and break easily. Eagle wasted no time getting new parts as replacement. I was concerned about matching the metallic blue color. I found they can enter the VIN of each car and get the identical paint mix sprayed on my vehicle on that particular day. I couldn't be happier. I asked that the middle "chrome" section be moved over just a little and 15 minutes later I got it back, perfece while I waited. Jennifer at front desk and Tom, adjuster, were extremely helpful in getting my car back to me before Christmas, and in working with my insurance company. Highly recommend Eagle Body Works. Five+ stars!

I called and spoke with Daniel Doot about a mishap in my wife's new BMW X5 X40i. She was heartsick…read moreabout damaging her car. I live in NC and Eagle Body Works is about 2.5 hours away. That being said, Daniel worked with me regarding a rough estimate via pictures and had my wife's BMW in his shop in less than a month! That was great as most of the body shops in my area are booked three months out. One important distinction is that Daniel is extremely experienced with BMWs as he worked for them for decades. He knows how to match BMW paint like nobody else. In fact, Eagle Body Works is a certified BMW collision center and this was a program he helped institute when he worked for BMW. Therefore I had complete confidence in his work and what the finished product would look like. What I didn't expect was how quick the turnaround was on my wife's car. It was ready one day ahead of schedule and it was flawless. It was as though the accident never happened. They went above and beyond by vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning the interior (we didn't do that before the drop off). More than anything, my wife's new Bimmer was back to showroom perfect. We didn't file this as an insurance claim so we paid out of pocket. While the repair wasn't cheap, every item that needed to be replaced was warranted and the price was very fair. Hey...go figure...when you mess up a front bumper with all the new technological sensors for parking and radar, it's going to be a pretty penny. They got all the sensors aligned and calibrated perfectly and we are both extremely happy with the end result. It was well worth every penny spent and we cannot recommend them highly enough - especially if you are looking for collision or paint work on a BMW. We were well informed during every step of the repair and these are some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to deal with. If I need body work or paint work done again (knock on wood) I will not waste my time looking into local shops. They earned our business!

Upon pickup the roof looked ok, but the door had 2 new dents in it and the paint was still chipping on the door jam. As I addressed this and asked some questions, I was told you get what you pay for! He said "It's for a 16 year old and it's going to get dinged in the school parking lot." I was at such disbelief hearing the words coming from the owners mouth I didn't even know how to respond. He gave me a $66 discount if I paid in cash which I didn't even care about, I wanted what we agreed on fixed the correct way and he said "you just need to touch up those spots" again in such disbelief what I was hearing. I asked him what do you think I brought the car here for? I didn't want it touched up I could have done that myself, I wanted it fixed and repainted the right way. It was a lesson learned and definitely time for someone to hang it up and retire. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!
