I got estimates (or tried to get estimates) at a couple of other body shops and didn't feel that they cared if I came back or not. He was so kind and felt like instant family! Since then, Bryant's has done repairs on more of our cars than I can remember, and they always do a great job--from damage done by a vicious fast running telephone pole that chased my teenager till it caught him, to damage from suicidal deer or from other cars whose drivers evidently thought my car was a wormhole into the next galaxy. My only gripe is that sometimes Tim gives jobs to employees who don't care as much or work as hard as he does, and they've not been great at communicating; but Tim and his family have been fantastic, responsive, and helpful, and they have always done all they can to do the job quickly, well, and as economically as possible without scrimping on quality.

Several weeks later engine blows in truck due to overtemp damage THAT THEY DID NOT CHECK FOR when they fixed hose. I had some breakdowns before but this guy Adam that they contacted was different. He text me to let me know that he was on his way and would be there in 1 hour 4 minutes. He delivered right on time. As soon as he pulled up seeing that I was very cold he told me to go get in his truck to get warm while he hooked my car up. He drove me and my car to my home in Gaffney SC. We talked just like I had known him all my life. He unhooked my car and put it right in my driveway. Adam deserves major recognition as he is very professional and smart.
