This place was such a disappointment! I was having my 16 year old daughter's roof and rear door…read morerepainted because the original paint job was chipping. Upon pickup the roof looked ok, but the door had 2 new dents in it and the paint was still chipping on the door jam. As I addressed this and asked some questions, I was told you get what you pay for! He said "It's for a 16 year old and it's going to get dinged in the school parking lot." I was at such disbelief hearing the words coming from the owners mouth I didn't even know how to respond. He gave me a $66 discount if I paid in cash which I didn't even care about, I wanted what we agreed on fixed the correct way and he said "you just need to touch up those spots" again in such disbelief what I was hearing. I asked him what do you think I brought the car here for? I didn't want it touched up I could have done that myself, I wanted it fixed and repainted the right way. It was a lesson learned and definitely time for someone to hang it up and retire. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!

I got estimates (or tried to get estimates) at a couple of other body shops and didn't feel that they cared if I came back or not. THIS shop treated me like a valued client before I even got the quote. Obviously, I hope to never need body work done again! lol But if I do, I won't waste time going anywhere else.
