My only complaint is that I wish the pernil (borincana) had a little more seasoning, regardless, how can you say no to pork, sweet plantains, mozzarella, and onions on a pizza? The restaurant was receiving enough clientele traffic and our server kept us updated with the status of our order but service was slower than most restaurants (50 minutes for main dish to arrive at table). The restaurant ambiance was "ok" for what look like a Ma & Pa type of restaurant. If you are in the Canóvanas area, it would be a good place to stop for decent Italian food. However, the food quality, service, and restaurant location does not justify San Juan-type pricing. It's a one-and-done type of restaurant.
