Started off great, My husband and I fell ill and one with surgery, I could do what I could but…read moreworking 40 plus hours and taking care of him went on for months..I couldn't keep up with the things I needed to, my husband went back to work and we decide we needed HELP, our home wasn't so bad but needed TLC, I got this company from a friend... good I thought.. has good stars... she comes here and gives my husband the run down as I was at work...FINALLY the day comes...NO CALL NO SHOW...Almost 2 days later I get a message "Sorry I had a family emergency" ...ok that's fine but you still call your clients INFORM YOUR CLIENTS... I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN TO ANYONE....Now I go to a corporation BECAUSE I KNOW MY HOUSE WILL GET CLEANED, ALSO WE HAD NO CALLS! NOT NO SHOWS!... Her response: "I texted your husband, and I'm apologizing to you as well. I did have a family emergency! You are incorrect about it taking over a week as your husband explained to us that 5 other services were No Call, No Shows and thanked us for squeezing the estimate in the same day. PLEASE DONT ACUSE AND ASSUME THAT MY BUSINESS REVIEWS COME FROM MY FRIENDS. Thank you for your Grow up remark in regards to my business.
