He encouraged us to get the other contractor to make us whole, but in the end the contractor never returned my wife's call and we used Nelson. Nelson and his grandson (sorry can't remember his name) were VERY professional and fixed the sink the right way with metal brackets. We had a semi-large countertop install. We met w/3 different installers and narrowed it down to two. Even though Nelson's price was slightly higher, we picked him. We were sold based on his character and the 1:1 communication between him and us from project initiation to project close. His timeline was spot on. We are not countertop experts, we wanted a waterfall and we installed our glass backsplash first (I guess that's a no no). He always answered our calls (even on the weekends) whenever we had a question or visited a distributor. He shared his expertise and was honest w/what he knew would work and would not. His goal was to make sure "you get that "WOW" factor" and not just make a sale. He truly cares about the output of his work. He takes the deliverable VERY seriously. Nelson prides himself on his clean seams. And he should! We have one seam in our countertop and you cannot even tell it is there. He had to cut for a large farm sink, w/ indentations for drain & cutting boards, cut the glass backsplash to straighten the countertop b/c the wall is not square. We have a lot of lines in our quartzite. The seam on the waterfall is flawless and our lines continuously run down the waterfall. It is perfect! This may sound basic, but NELSON CUT BOTH PIECES FROM TWO DIFFERENT SLABS. That is why I call him no seams Nelson! He really truly cares and his team is so polite and hard working. They made sure the kitchen stayed clean and cleaned after every visit. The quality of his work is old school and rarely found around here. He is worth every bit of $ he charges. I could go on and on. Very impressive! THANK YOU NELSON AND GENTS! WOW-Great job! BTW-the tabletop replacements look marvelous too. Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. It would be one thing if this was explained so I knew I was only going to get to use 30-40% of the flooring but it was the lying that was super shady. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible. If I could give ZERO stars I would! This is absolutely the worst company that I've ever dealt with…read morefor home services repair. Our home was being rented and the under counter sink fell through the granite and was "repaired" by Rock Your World in January of 2025. Well, we returned to the home in May and while washing dishes the sink fell through again! My wife called several times and Carl was extremely disrespectful and we have yet to receive a call back to discuss the repair. We finally gave up and called a highly recommended countertop company and they couldn't believe what they saw. Wooden shims and latex caulk! See pictures for proof! The repair was complete with four metal brackets that should have been used the first time! I would never recommend Rock Your World and would strongly encourage anyone looking for a great countertop to consider Millenium Countertop!
