Honest pricing and always letting you know beforehand what the cost will be. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!! I don't have family nearby and if my car needs a bit of time, they drive me home and pick me up later. Who does that today??? (She'd lost a hubcap, and wasn't at all shy about delegating replacement-finding to these guys.) They did the work we needed promptly, at the price quoted. There was no hint of trying to up-sell her on anything - and they found her the hubcap by day's end too. And a couple days later, when the car had a squeak, they uncomplainingly checked - yes, just brake dust - and sent her on her way, without charging her for checking. All-round straight dealing, it seems. Friendly, knowledgeable folks. (Sure, the shop's not pristine, but I don't personally require that of a mechanic: mildly grubby's no problem, if you effectively do the work.) I'd surely recommend these folks.

We were directed to North Belle Vernon Auto Clinic, and though they were getting ready to close for the Friday day, they took a look at the car. They were able to order the part for the next day delivery, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, several of the mechanics came in and fixed our car first thing in the morning to get us back on the road. Thanks to all the men at North Belle Vernon Auto Clinic for being so compassionate with our plight!!!!!

Its been cracked for 2 years and never had an issue before. I was called a lier by the first inspector because he said it wasn't there 2 weeks ago BS I then pulled out my phone and showed him the picture from 2 years ago with the same crack! The vehicle was going in to get ready for a CO and UT overlanding trip leaving Saturday. Now looks like my week off will be spent waiting for my Jeep to be fixed by someone else. This seems more like a hobby for these folks as opposed to running a real business. My opinion is for you to find a shop that actually wants to work on your vehicle.
