I had work done on 11/3/2022. Prior to having the work done, I asked the person to look over the vehicle and test drive it and then prepare a list of items that needed to be worked on. The repairs that were done were for the tie rods. There was not any mention of additional work to be completed. The test drive never occurred as the mileage in and out of the shop was the same. After nearly $1700 in repairs, I drove the truck less than 20 miles and noticed issues. I then had the vehicle towed back to Bryan's. Being frustrated, I told them I wanted the truck fixed and that I was not paying anything else for it and stated I was going to sue him. The person in charge had my truck impounded and towed and never informed me he was doing this costing me another $700. I feel he did this to be spiteful. He had mine and my wife's cell phone number and never tried to contact us and let us know. Additionally, when he quoted the original repairs for the work to be done, he stated it would be over $3,000. When I informed him there is no way it costs that much. He then called me back with the new price of $1,700. This makes me wonder if he is deceptive in his pricing practices. Just saying. Also, I took my truck to a reputable repair shop and the work that he did, needs to be re-done and we were informed the truck was not safe to drive. Pretty Scary read more
