UPDATE: 9/16/2023 around 1240, 2 ICI maintenance persons from another property arrived and were…read moreable to open the garage door, trhe car is out of the garage. 9/16/2023: The Tension spring of the garage broke on 9/15/2023 around 3pm, my car is trapped inside the garage, I spoke with the manager (Isabel), and she sent the maintenance person to try to open the garage door. 3 people trying to lift the garage door without success. I placed a maintenance request online, I called ICI corporate and left voicemail messages, I called ICI Emergency line, then today 9/16 at 1128, I received a call from the manager (Isabel) saying that there are not vendors working on the weekends to do the repairs, and I must wait until Monday at least. She said that she spoke Corporate, and she was told that there is nothing they can do, and besides "I have another car". I told Isabel that I work nights at the hospital, and that my wife needs a car in case of emergency or to run her errands. I told Isabel that this is an emergency. I asked her if she can send someone to open the garage door to get the car out of the garage, and she said no. I told Isabel that if I bring a garage door repair company, they will cover the bill, and she said no. I pay my rent on time, never been late, and all the ICI seems to do is nickel and dime tenants. They seem not to care if you have an emergency, because they do not want to pay overtime for an emergency.

He has always had the right answer to our concerns and we have always left the office feeling better about our concerns. The cost of the apartments are reasonable and our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is a decent size. Eric has always made the lease renewal process very easy and stress free. I have had a few incidents where our bathroom flooded and the maintenance team jumped right on it, regardless of the time that we called. They had my entire carpet cleaned by the next day and the vendor they use for that was very professional. Overall, we are content living here until we graduate college and buy a house.

There's been word going around of pest in peoples apartments like roaches, mice, etc. They are JUST now doing repairs on stuff we told them about when we FIRST moved in (we've been here for a little over 3 years....) Property isn't the prettiest, definitely need some new paint and better security gates. Won't be here for much longer, but all in all id say it's overpriced considering just a few of the things i've listed but better then what it was about a year or 2 ago when it comes to quietness
