I gave my 30 days notice and my last day in my townhouse was October 31,2023 and turned in my keys before 5pm to lady in the second office because the other two ladies in the front office were walking the property as the lady in the second office stated. I followed thier rules no extra days past my 30 day notice . I even paid my October rent on September 25,2023 to ensure I had no issues and everything was paid in full.... Now that I've been moved on my last day before 5pm on October 31,2023. Gold Coast Residential/casa bonita apartments is trying to charge me rent for November and I wasn't their . I follow the notice and was moved out as agreed on October 31,2023, I double check the time and date out with office . I was also assured I owed no rent I was all paid up. Then I get a bill. I am actually owed 170.00. Also to add I also lived here in 2013 and loved it that why I went back and had no issues place was quite .. Update I did receive a response within less than 24 hours and the statement will corrected sad money owed to me...Thanks to ladies in the front office.

The grounds…read moreare beautiful, the complex is very clean, everyone's patios or balconies are nicely kept and you are allowed to have a gas grill and patio furniture on it. It's nice to be able to B.B.Q at your own apartment rather than use a community B.B.Q. My 1-bedroom apartment comes with a 2-car garage which is another plus, every apartment in here comes with a garage. The manager Cindy is very nice and when you call in a work order for your apartment, She always has the maintenance man Joe take of it right away. Before I retired my job required me to move around, and this is by far the most well ran apartment complex I have experienced living in. It is extremely peaceful here, very relaxing, nice neighbors and everyone in here looks out for each other, including Cindy and Joe. They are such a pleasure to be around and it just makes living here a great experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARK TERRACE.

First, they don't take section-8, which makes the residents very pleasant and quiet (since they have to wake up for work). I never once had an issue with noise here (I did face inside the complex, and, as many people know, the "Sunset Ridge" place across the street is a devastatingly dangerous and bad place, the noise level and safety might be less desirable facing the street). Office staff: amazing. Nice, helpful, and professional. Grounds: clean, relaxing, and full of amenities. The clubhouse has a stadium theater (don't get too excited), gym (the gym is ASTONISHING and is basically a full gym), and conference room. Parking is ample and there are plenty of open spaces. No assigned spaces though and some people park like buttheads. Apartments: 80's style kitchen. Everything else is great except the air conditioning (its an ineffective heat pump), which is expensive to use and will run non-stop and not maintain temperature. Actually, in the peak-heat months, you will get hot despite the a/c running non-stop from 3PM-9PM. Electric bill about $200+/month for summer....think I'm joking? Im NOT! They are upgrading the a/c units one at a time though. STORAGE SPACE IS UNHEARD OF AND INCREDIBLY AMPLE! Fridge? $25-35 per month Cockroaches all over the place at night when its hot. The big, HEALTHY black ones. One was crawling on the ceiling above my bed right before I went to sleep. They seldom are inside the apartment though...just all over outside. Overall, this place was nice and is a great value for the money. I enjoyed living here.

They do not accept Section 8 which is hard to find in the area. Everyone works and all the others are elderly. Parking is plenty but I lived in the front. The staff was always nice and attentive to us. The AC does suck!!! Roaches are everywhere outside in the summer! They were never inside my apartment however like I've read on other posts. Plenty of storage space. Even with the roaches I'd rate them high because it was quiet, safe, and affordable! The clubhouse was awesomeee and the gym was mostly empty. The apartments across the street are not safe and there is no gate which they should look into putting up. Overall I enjoyed my time there and if I had to move back to the area I'd move back to the Willows.

I have been living at the Parkwood apartment homes since July 2015. I have experienced changes with…read moreproperty management and a slight increase in rent but nothing drastic. This has been the best place I have ever moved to. Anytime I need, or request for anything to be fixed it is done that day or no longer than the next day. Emergencies are treated as urgent. It's nice, clean, and respectful here. Neighbors are considerate and friendly, mailboxes are locked and secure and so is our laundry room. Due to my great experience I will be living here until move into my home.

Parking, Smoking issues. For years memos and lease agreements state no Smoking on the property…read morealong with tenants constantly abusing the handicapped spaces instead of using assigned parking spaces. Nothing said to the Tennants that smoke on the property for others to inhale cigarette smoke. While all other Tennants are told to smoke off the property. Double standard and a case for breach of lease. Those leaving a open parking space to park in handicapped abusing the same as well. Management and Corp not doing anything about it. Don't rent here unless you want to experience the same issues.
