JESS GUIDROZ puts the REAL in REAL ESTATE!!!…read more To give REAL service, you have to be a person of REAL integrity -- You have to have REAL passion -- And you have to have REAL knowledge that applies to REAL dedication. Jess Guidroz has all of these things and he combines it with a REAL love for real estate. That is why Jess puts the REAL in REAL ESTATE! We met Jess 6 months ago at an open house that he was hosting. Right off the bat, you could feel that his energy and his passion for real estate was different from other agents. I decided to reach out to him about another house he had offered to show me without any strings attached, even though he knew we were not in the market for that price point. Nonetheless, he took the time out of his day to do it because "he loved what he did." After that, we decided that we would hire Jess as our agent. He didn't force us to sign anything or make us feel pressured or stressed out about the process whatsoever. Fast forward 6 months and 20-30 showings later, we're buying a completely different house in a completely different area. Many of our preferences and priorities changed, but our one constant was that we had a REAL estate agent who REALLY cared about our happiness and finding us the perfect house! And on top of all that, he negotiated a discount on the house we wanted and got the previous owner to throw in their tool boxes with the house. It really could not have have been better and its all thanks to Jess! Picking a real estate agent is one of the most important decisions you can make in life. Because the right house, in the right area, can change the trajectory of your life. You need to pick someone who treats you like family and wants the very best for you. And that is Jess Guidroz. We cannot recommend him enough! So if you want someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated, passionate, and loves what he does....then pick JESS GUIDROZ! He puts the REAL in REAL ESTATE!!!

At first, we were hesitant to work with a realtor just because we didn't know what our timeline looked like, we didn't want to feel rushed, or waste anyone's time. We ended up reaching out to Jess, and were completely upfront with him about where we were at and although we were unsure he took us under his wing and ensured we were taken care of. The patience, knowledge, and understanding he brought to the table was UNMATCHED. He seamlessly ushered us through the process of listing our home, getting us in touch with the right people to see what it would financially take to get into the next home, etc. Even when our search ended up taking a 6 month hault, he approached the situation with understanding and grace. As a family of salesmen were generally pretty good at picking up on ingenuity or the "grimey" feeling that comes within the sales process--- with Jess, NEVER did we feel that way. He's an all around fantastic realtor, and a real stand up guy. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, make the process simple, and efficient, Jess is without a doubt YOUR GUY. Thanks again Jess, we appreciate you more than you know!
