I haven't had any questions so I don't know how helpful they are but they always greet with a smile and hello. Cleanliness - 9/10 This location is always really clean and well taken care of. Equipment, restrooms, floors, etc... everything is clean and in good working order. Location - 6/10 It's not in the nicest neighborhood and parking can be difficult at busy times. Equipment - 9/10 As far as I know (not a professional weight lifter) there seems to be everything a person needs. There is plenty of cardio equipment and duplicates of all the weight machines. Busy - 6/10 During the week, from 5-7 it's pretty busy. You may have to wait for a piece of weight equipment but there is usually at least an open treadmill. Friday afternoon was absolutely empty. I didn't post any pictures to respect others privacy but I have really enjoyed my workouts there.

PiYo on Tuesday & Thursday morning is wonderful as well, the stretch helps work the soreness out from the rest of the week and really helps with balance and flexibility. The staff is pretty friendly and when I had a trainer, she was very skilled and professional. They are also pretty quick at repairing/replacing faulty equipment. Although, I will say that it was disappointing for them to remove the massage beds and leave the steam room broken(for years) after increasing rates. This doesn't bother me but some also complain that there isn't a pool available. O2 gives me what I need so I'm satisfied but they consider correcting the downsides that I mentioned.

They have private adult female and male gyms for private workouts and of course a general gym. Family female and male locker rooms to make it easy when you have little ones. Free fitness classes for members. Basketball and Racket ball courts,indoor track, listen, anything fitness, this Y has it for a great price. Check with your employer, they may offer a discount on monthly membership.
