Been coming here for over a decade. Dr Drucker hears me out and I feel included in my Daughters care. He explains things to my kids so they understand too. We have always felt comfortable and taken care of here. There is Never a long wait time. For regular apt it can be 2 weeks out but if you need to come in we've always been seen same day. Dr. Ducker is awesome. we looked into a number of pediatricians before finally getting to him. He is very patient to answer all our questions and takes time to look into all the matters at hand that we have. he is the pediatrician for both our boys (3.5 and an NB) and he is doing a wonderful job at that. We have chosen Stanford healthcare for our entire family and we have never been disappointed, especially for my newborn. My husband and I are very analytical and data driven. We both value science and research studies, and we utilized clinical peer journal research to make sure we are up-to-date on how to take care and raise our baby to the best of our ability. That is why Stanford is our go to healthcare system because they have all those resources and their physicians are very up to date with new medications, new research, and awareness of diseases around the world. Which makes Dr. Drucker an outstanding pediatrician. He took the time to thoroughly explained all my questions and concerns. Especially because we will be traveling for months internationally and every country has different diseases. He also took the time to assess my son and build trust with his patients + their family. As parents, we want to give our children the absolutely best. Under his guidance, I am very happy we are getting the absolutely best care for our baby. Dr. Drucker is an excellent pediatrician. He is all three of my children's pediatrician and I trust him with their care. If you can't get in to see him his practice has lots of other competent doctors who can fill in. I really love his nurse too. She is super nice and always responds via phone when I leave messages. We take both our boys, 1 and 3, to see Dr. Drucker. We never feel rushed during appointments, and we've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for an appointment. He answers any questions and addresses all concerns during each visit. All the nurses are nice and super friendly with the kids. Very happy here. read more

He is pretty uncomfortable in communication. He is kind of in rush and doesn't spend time to addreess the issue. In the middle of conversation, he opens the door to leave which is pretty disrespectful. We also had a harsh experience with him. I asked him to show us tummy method for our 8 week old baby. He aggressively threw my baby on stomach with her face hitting the bed. My baby started crying right away and he laughed and left the room. Her nose was red for 2 hours after we left the clinic. You can imagine how parents feel when someone behaving in this way with your baby. Try to stay away from him. read more

Dr.Drucker has been my kids pediatrician since 2003. They both love him. He is gentle , answers their questions as they have grown to be teenagers and have their own and he answered mine and my husbands as well when we were the ones asking. He never made us feel rushed. He is one of the few pediatricians I know that reads research papers and discusses them if it applies to your kid. I usually do not write reviews but had to in response to whoever Kh A. is who gave him a 1 star review. I felt offended knowing that this has never been my experience in the 16+ years I have known him. I was there 2 days ago with my son and nothing has changed. Maybe as a new parent you are more sensitive to anything that makes your baby cry? When writing reviews which have no face and context and is read by so many I suggest being fair. read more

Dr. Drucker is fabulous. I interviewed several pediatricians when I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now almost 11 years old. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He is also a great listener and really cares about his patients. My son, who is 3.5 years old, has seen him since he was an infant as well. He came to the hospitals to visit both of my children when they were born, helped them through illnesses and well care appointments for years, and has never let us down. Dr. Drucker rocks. I have high expectations of pediatricians because my childhood pedi was amazing and continues to be a family friend, and Dr. Drucker exceeds my expectations. He never makes me feel like my questions are silly or a waste of time, he is gentle and sweet with my daughter and she loves him (except the one time she growled at him lol). Dr. Drucker's business address seems to be 2577 Samaritan Drive Suite 830, San Jose, CA 95124, instead of the one currently listed here. I recently moved to San Jose and today is the first time I brought my 2-year-old son to Dr. Drucker. Not surprisingly, Dr. Drucker patiently examined my son and discussed with us about his situation, just like other good doctors we'd seen before. What is really surprising is that my son did not cry when Dr. Drucker examined him. This has never happened before! I think this is because Dr. Druker approached him gently, and let him touch and play with the equipment (stethoscope) before the examination. In the end, my son decided to play in the waiting room for some more time even after the examination (he cried for home every time before). My wife and I are very happy that my son gets a doctor he likes. read more

Dr Drucker is the best! We have been with him since my oldest son was born in 2005. I've had a set of twins recently and he is wonderful with them as well. He's very sweet kind gentle and through . The office is very accomodatimg with same day sick appointments. I like they are open Saturdays too. We always get appointments for the twins on the same day. He's juSt a really good doctor. With my husbands job we move quite often and my son has seen a number of pediatricians. Dr. Drucker is easily the BEST pediatrician my son has seen. He was very sincere and kind. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and I never felt like he was in a hurry to leave as I have with many other doctors. We were seen promptly and the check in process was simple. The staff was nice as well. The nurse who administered the shots made the process stress free. I moved back to SJ with a 1 year old and another on the way in 2 weeks. I needed a Pediatrician I trusted and didn't know where to start. Dr Drucker was recommended to my family and I am so glad I went to check him out. We had our first visit with Dr Drucker soon after moving here (before #2 came along) and my husband and I both fell in love with him and knew he was going to be a great doctor for both of our children. With two little ones and all the wellness check ups needed we have been to many doctors visits with Dr Drucker since. I know that when I go in my children are getting the best care. And not to mention his nurse, Adita, she is the sweetest and most helpful nurse out there too. The office is very accommodating for sick appointments too as there are many doctors in the office. Just know that if you want Dr Drucker you may need to schedule ahead as he fills up quickly. That should tell you right there how great he is! There have been times where I have needed paperwork or something from Dr Drucker or his nurse Adita and I am always amazed as to how fast they call me back and have it ready. If you are looking for a doctor that knows what they are talking about, listens to your concerns and needs, great with kids and parents, you won't be disappointed with Dr Drucker. To begin, my son's wellness check with Dr. Drucker was neither helpful nor informative. It was pretty short and Dr. Drucker did not seem to want to spend much time with us, even though my son was a new patient and this was our first time meeting with him. Dr. Drucker's medical assistant (Adidta?) is a nightmare. She was rough with my son and didn't take accurate measurements. When my son developed a fever, I asked Dr. Drucker's medical assistant what we should do. Her advice was to medicate, medicate, medicate. Even when I asked for what else I could do to make my son more comfortable, like a bath, she kept insisting that I needed to medicate. Then she said I needed to take my son to the ER if he had a fever over 102. This is wrong information, by the way. To top it off, she gave us the wrong dosage info for the medication she kept pushing. When I questioned her, she talked over me and kept insisting she was right. I had to call back, and she conceded that she was wrong after I told her that her info contradicted what we had learned from our previous pediatrician. The medical assistant had given us info based on an OLD chart. When we told Dr. Drucker about this, he merely shrugged and said that it was okay to medicate. He finally gave a feeble apology and said that he was surprised that the medical assistant hadn't talked to him first. When our son became seriously sick, Dr. Drucker prescribed an antibiotic. My son had a bad reaction and he refused to eat or drink and had lots of diarrhea after this. It was a scary situation and we wanted to talk to a doctor asap when his fever spiked in the middle of the night. When we called the answering service, I was told that I must call the advice line first before they will contact the doctor. After an hour and a half, I finally got a call from a nurse who said they would call the doctor. After waiting some more time, I finally spoke to the on call doctor. The next day, despite being really sick, my son was not allowed to see Dr. Drucker. Instead we had to see a nurse practitioner. Her advice was to discontinue the antibiotics for one day and that Dr. Drucker would let us know whether we should resume the next day. I called the medical assistant multiple times the next day and even had the receptionist hand deliver a note to her so that she could call me back. I never heard back and was forced to jump through hoops to talk to the on call doctor. Adding insult to injury, I got a call from a random advice nurse the next day with instructions on what to do for our son. Too little too late. In sum, if you care about your child or your sanity DO NOT go to see Dr. Drucker or go to Pediatric Associates. read more

Dr. Drucker is very friendly and never hesitates to listen to any concerns I have. My daughter has been a patient of his since 12 months old and she is almost two. I am having another baby girl and she will be seen by him as well. The office staff is accommodating as well and sick appointments are easy to make since the practice has numerous Dr. and NP. If there was a higher rating than 5 STARS, Dr. Drucker would get IT! Our family has 5 children and all of them grew up with Dr. Drucker. He has always been extremely professional and provided top quality care. We moved from Los Gatos about 10 years ago and have tried several closer physicians in the Palo Alto and Stanford area, but have not found any other Pediatric doctor that provides the high standard and quality of medical service as Dr. Drucker. Many have stated in their reviews that he is a doctor that CARES and that is 110% accurate. His office and staff are absolutely wonderful and have helped us on so many occasions when our children were sick. Even though we live in Palo Alto, we still drive to Los Gatos to specifically see Dr. Drucker. He is always up to date on the latest medical trends and is extremely knowledgeable. We have 3 kids who have been patients of Dr. Drucker since birth. Dr. Drucker is wonderful, warm, and kind. He has never rushed an appointment; he takes time to explain things and always welcomes questions. He noticed a couple of things early on that we were able to handle right away with our 3rd child (that he needed a helmet at 4 months and that he needed to be seen by an ophthalmologist for an eye-turn when he was 2). I trust him completely and have always left the office knowing my kids were receiving the best care.
