The entire experience, from then until now, has been a full 100% the entire time. The office staff is kind, friendly, supportive & understanding. The hygienists have been so welcoming, gentle & informative. And Dr. Frank! Well, just the very best there is. He has such an incredible way with children and helps parents to understand "what's next". It's just the best pediatric dental experience in my opinion that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. (And we don't live around the corner & we don't mind driving for great dentistry for kids - and parents).

She took the time to answer her repetitive questions and calm her fears about having a tooth fragment removed. She was EXACTLY what my daughter needed to get through the appointment without a meltdown. We have seen Dr. Frank a number of times as well who is also very gentle, patient and kind. They are very pro child and what is best for them during the visit so it wouldn't ruin their dentist experience; which is great. Luckily, my daughter was able to handle all 4 being done at one visit and Dr Parmar was so gentle and great to get it all done where my daughter wasn't bother! The toys in the waiting room could be cleaner too. Not a fun job, but it sends the wrong message about the staff if things aren't clean.
