We had the history of the vehicle but were told it was just not correct yet it was. We were told countless serves was put into the car yet their own documentation of the service just shows an oil change. Claimed they were making $500 profit only when we knew how much they got it for and even pointed it out. Just for reference, they made over 5k profit. When I spoke with someone over the phone I explained I would want to negotiate and when we got there I got told I was lying that I never said that and that they will not negotiate even a dollar. I am understanding of making a profit but if you tell individuals they can not even negotiate a $1 you are just scummy. I have always read and heard of these stories for dealerships and now I have experienced it. Stay on Facebook marketplace and away from this dealership.
