I have be dealing with this family when they use to be on 341. They always treat people fair and honest. David is a great guy.

I am mostly blind. My eyes were burnt in Iraq. I went in mower supply with my small seeing eye dog the VA gave me. A white Woman with wild looking white hair that was very old looking came to the counter and said you have to remove the dog from the store. I said mamm I'm mostly blind and this is my service dog the VA gave me. She said I don't care get the dog out of my store. I said it's illegal for you to throw a service dog that performs a service out. She said I've been this road before I don't care get the dog out of my store . I told her I will leave but know that I'm a Iraq v veteran and this dog helps me see where I'm going. She said call the police they won't do anything because I've already thrown a bunch of service dogs out. I called Glynn county police. They came. Heard what happened. Went in to mower supply. The wild hair very old woman that looked like a witch in a broom refused to talk to the police and his in the back. Left the counter unattended till the police came back out. Police have me a report number and said take it to magistrate Court because she is not allowed to refuse a service dog that performs a service. She can refuse a mental support dog. But not a service dog. File complaints with appropriate authority. I'm on oxygen. Mostly blind. And a veteran. My dog goes to all doctors appointments with me. Emergency room. Hospital. Everywhere. And the witch lady at mower supply was cold , mean, hid from police admitted to doing this to others. I ask everyone to not do business with mower supply because they abuse wounded veterans with service dogs. Walked in with a Weed Wacker and chainsaw both needed carb work. Told them I was new and they said no problem. Charged me $50 Total as a diagnostic fee and that it would go towards the repair. 5 weeks later they never touched it, I told them I want my equipment back and a refund. The old lady behind the desk just pointed to a small no refund on deposits sign and said no, no human emotion whatsoever. Do not waste your time there. 0 stars! read more

Avoid at all costs! These people KNOW EVERYTHING! I went in to support a local business what a MISTAKE! They DON'T want to help you they would rather tell you what you're doing wrong. Went in for simple maintenance parts, then I was told how I ORDERED them wrong. Chinese Aftermarket Junk, All Exmark must be ordered,then YOU pay the shipping! In their book if you haven't been working on two stroke lawnmower motors for 40 years you can't BE a mechanic, because in this shop, the physics of the combustion engine and the Venturi principal don't exist. If you agree, you're in the right place. They're not interested in building a customer base, they're getting out of the business! IMHO they're interested in getting your money! Avoid at all cost a huge rip off, I had to go back four times because they couldn't give me the right stuff after I gave them the Toro model and serial number. These people are GREAT AT EXCUSES and I'm sure that that's what they'll leave after this accurate review of their horrible and completely uneducated staff, Daughter of the Owner, Amber, Yelled at me! Awesome customer service, NOT. See how they Blame the customer below! That's what I mean, Nothing is ever their fault and they have an excuse for everything.
