Rather than cut the baguette in half, they drill a hole in the middle, and then fill it with the sausage and toppings, which makes for a neat eating experience without condiments dripping out of the side of the bun. All of the ingredients seem to be high quality, and the chimichurri is an amazing compliment to the sausage. (I always get the sausage with everything, but the chimichurri stands out.) Looking at what they have done here I think they will also bring in a lot of people just for the food. The new concept is in a sense similar to K25 in that they have brought together several good places in a food court and the design is also very similar to K25. The design is modern and I like that they shielded it a bit from the surrounding mall so the nice design does not have to clash with ugliness of the mall itself. The range of food offered is pretty good as well with Adam & Albin doing ramen, Magnus Nillson from Fäviken doing hot dogs, Claes from Nook doing Asian inspired food and Catenacci doing just good food as well as several others (there is a bakery, some kebab and some other stuff) The range of food, drinks and atmosphere will surely bring in the crowds here and prices are pretty decent so as a fast food option it is really good and a welcome addition to the food scene here.
