When I stated I would not be proceeding with repairs there because the "Engine" diagnosis did not coincide with my prior AAA report (which clearly showed a charging system failure with low voltage), the staff was visibly unhappy and unprofessional about my decision to take my vehicle elsewhere. The true issue, confirmed by a second independent mechanic, was a straightforward failure of the alternator and battery. This shop incorrectly diagnosed a serious "Engine" issue when the problem was clearly the charging system. I lost $189.50 and valuable time due to this vague diagnosis and poor service. They told me I needed a brand new engine and tried to charge me $3,995.00. In conclusion it was my alternator and battery that needed changing. Which only cost me $795.00. Avoid this place if you can.
