Requested a quote at the end of the day, and received a call less than 5 minutes later. Bruce was friendly on the phone and super flexible at setting up a time to come to my office to fix the damage. He was at my office by 9:05 (dodging the rainshowers) with my windshield fixed by 9:20. You can hardly tell they were ever there! I really wish I had taken before photos now. I got a small chip on my Jeep's windshield on my way to Fresno from the Bay area and wanted to get it taken care of before went back. I couldn't find anything open on Sunday except for Bruce. I called him and within 20 mins he came and took care of the chip. He told me before that the only thing that will be left is a little dot where it was. And that didn't bother me too much, as long as I knew it wasn't going to spread. He was great, local, and easy to talk too. Check the website too see if your insurance will cover the repair, unfortunately mine (mercury insurance) didn't. Luckily I wasn't charged an arm and leg. I literally fixed my whole windshield back in October and by February it had a kick from a rock on the highway. I got a quote via Yelp Messaging. From messaging to repair it was all done 45 minutes (I kid you not)! It could've been less time to be honest. All I know is that it was FAST. I had a dime size crack and Bruce had an immediate opening and came immediately to my work place. Fixed the crack in less then 15 minutes. I was so impressed at the repair. I got a small rock chip on my lease the other day, looked like a bullseye the size of a dime. I found Bruce's business on yelp at 10pm and emailed them and within 5 minutes had a quote of $60 and an appointment time for the next day. Ten minutes before the appointment time Bruce calls and and says he's on his way. He got here and before I could even come out he was already setting up! In five minutes he was done, it actually took him longer to email me the receipt lol and that's a compliment. He did an incredible job and you can barely see where the chip used to be! He is very knowledgeable and knows which insurance company's will cover the cost and which ones won't. I have Safeco and unfortunately he said they don't cover rock chips, only full cracked windshields. He also mentioned I won't get charged when I return my lease, good to know! Had this guy repair a crack in my windshield so it wouldn't get worse. Well, it didn't work. I now have a crack all the way up my windshield. He drilled a hole push the fluid in, made a mess and still didn't work. Should have just taken it to safelite. Would have paid a bit more, but had a guarantee. read more

Best Windshield repair in town! THE BEST! I had a rock do some damage to my windshield on Sunday and it was repaired on Tuesday! Like can barely see it, repaired! I used the Yelp app to get estimates for the crack in my windshield. Out of the 4 estimates that Yelp put out there. Only 3 of the companies responded. This company responded quickly. At the time of my requests for quotes, I was having lunch. Since Bruce was the one who responded to me first, I asked if he had any openings during the day to do the repair and the cost. He responded that he would be available in 10 minutes. The cost would be $60. I didn't think that I should have my windshield done at that restaurant location, so I set an appointment for later to be done at a residence. He arrived promptly and went to work quickly. While we were waiting for the windshield resin to dry, he made sure that the were no other cracks in my windshield. Since there was another vehicle in the driveway, he made sure that there were no cracks on that vehicle, as well. He found one. I did not want any surprises to happen in the future for the driver of this vehicle if the crack was left unfixed, so I had Bruce fix that crack, as well.
