Stupid rock on the highway left me with 2chips in my windshield. I look up repairs on yelp and decided to contact Bruce based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews Wow. Requested a quote at the end of the day, and received a call less than 5 minutes later. Bruce was friendly on the phone and super flexible at setting up a time to come to my office to fix the damage. He was at my office by 9:05 (dodging the rainshowers) with my windshield fixed by 9:20. You can hardly tell they were ever there! I really wish I had taken before photos now. Pricing is perfect, service is fast, results are spectacular, and Bruce is an all around nice guy. I 100% recommend. read more

Nope! My rock chip crack became 3' the next day. Bruce sent his brother to do the work and he just messed up my supposed repairable windshield to a non repairable the very next day. I was left having to now purchase a brand new windshield read more

Good value for the price and quick! Bruce did a good job healing the Little Rock hit in the middle of my windshield. Thanks Bruce! I hope we don't need your services again but if we do, we know who to call! read more

I got a small chip on my Jeep's windshield on my way to Fresno from the Bay area and wanted to get it taken care of before went back. I couldn't find anything open on Sunday except for Bruce. I called him and within 20 mins he came and took care of the chip. He told me before that the only thing that will be left is a little dot where it was. And that didn't bother me too much, as long as I knew it wasn't going to spread. He was great, local, and easy to talk too. Check the website too see if your insurance will cover the repair, unfortunately mine (mercury insurance) didn't. Luckily I wasn't charged an arm and leg. Highly recommend for these types of chips. read more

Bruces Mobile Windshield Repair - This was all that was left after Bruce repaired the chip. - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Fresno, California

I literally fixed my whole windshield back in October and by February it had a kick from a rock on the highway. I got some ridiculous quotes and found Bruce on Google and he was fast, reasonable, came to my work within a day and was in and out with everything good as new on my car! I drive the highway a lot so this happens more for me that I'd like to admit and this was by far the best experience I have had, will definitely come back if I need a fix up again. (hopefully not anytime soon) No offense Bruce, I hate getting these chips on my car. Thanks again! read more

I got a quote via Yelp Messaging. From messaging to repair it was all done 45 minutes (I kid you not)! It could've been less time to be honest. All I know is that it was FAST. I had a dime size crack and Bruce had an immediate opening and came immediately to my work place. Fixed the crack in less then 15 minutes. I was so impressed at the repair. I couldn't really even tell where the initial crack was to begin with. Highly recommend. Prices are incredibly fair, especially since he comes to you! Bruce is also really a nice and goofy guy. Great company! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Bruce's Mobile repair. I contacted them for an estimate through yelp and got a response almost immediately. They were available to come out immediately and quoted me a very reasonable price. Once they came out it ended up that we had more chips than expected and the price was still very reasonable. They were done with the repair within 15-20 minutes and we were able to go about our day. I would highly recommend Bruces to anyone and will definitely use them again! read more

I got a small rock chip on my lease the other day, looked like a bullseye the size of a dime. I found Bruce's business on yelp at 10pm and emailed them and within 5 minutes had a quote of $60 and an appointment time for the next day. Ten minutes before the appointment time Bruce calls and and says he's on his way. He got here and before I could even come out he was already setting up! In five minutes he was done, it actually took him longer to email me the receipt lol and that's a compliment. He did an incredible job and you can barely see where the chip used to be! He is very knowledgeable and knows which insurance company's will cover the cost and which ones won't. I have Safeco and unfortunately he said they don't cover rock chips, only full cracked windshields. He also mentioned I won't get charged when I return my lease, good to know! If you have a rock chip give Bruce a call you won't regret it! read more

Had this guy repair a crack in my windshield so it wouldn't get worse. Well, it didn't work. I now have a crack all the way up my windshield. He drilled a hole push the fluid in, made a mess and still didn't work. Should have just taken it to safelite. Would have paid a bit more, but had a guarantee. read more

I called them up and they gave me a time frame for arrival. The repairman showed up at the address specified within the allotted time frame, he did exactly what i wanted him to do, and he did it all in a very timely manner. I have had to have my windshield repaired in the past and went with someone else prior; not only was the other service more expensive, but i also had to travel to the other side of town while dreading the danger of potholes and their potential further damage to my windshield. Bruce's Windshield Repair offers exceptional service, friendly staff, and outstanding prices. If i ever need to have my windshield repaired (good god, i hope not) they will be the company I call. Thank you! (they accept cards while on a mobile platform, thank you for this.) read more

I used the Yelp app to get estimates for the crack in my windshield. Out of the 4 estimates that Yelp put out there. Only 3 of the companies responded. This company responded quickly. At the time of my requests for quotes, I was having lunch. Since Bruce was the one who responded to me first, I asked if he had any openings during the day to do the repair and the cost. He responded that he would be available in 10 minutes. The cost would be $60. I didn't think that I should have my windshield done at that restaurant location, so I set an appointment for later to be done at a residence. He arrived promptly and went to work quickly. While we were waiting for the windshield resin to dry, he made sure that the were no other cracks in my windshield. Since there was another vehicle in the driveway, he made sure that there were no cracks on that vehicle, as well. He found one. I did not want any surprises to happen in the future for the driver of this vehicle if the crack was left unfixed, so I had Bruce fix that crack, as well. He began immediate work on it as soon as the crack on my vehicle's windshield was done. I would definitely would recommend his services. read more

Bruce does not even deserve a one star hired him to come and fix crack instead he ruined my windshield and I had to spend over 1000 dollars to get a new one, and he ran off with my fifty dollars and then tried to lie his way out of it, Bruce is a scam artist and is incompetent and not professional, I do not recommend this service to anyone read more
