Booked a taxi for wife and kids getting off train. They have been standing waiting for 20 minutes and only got home because a friend was picking someone else up by pure chance. Waste of space read more

Please do not advertise that you accept card payments if your drivers tut or yell at your customers if you they request to pay by card. Rude unprofessional petulant. I will never use Bruce's Taxis again!!! read more

very fast, get a call back when taxi is there. driver's are smartly dressed and friendly, cars are always clean. office staff are very friendly and efficient. overall a great service read more

Very fast service when there are taxis free can sometimes be little longer at busy times, but thats no different to other taxi services. Cars are always clean and tidy, very friendly staff and if you ask when booking they are able to take pets. They do call you when the taxi is on way but there have been occasions when I havent had the prior call. read more

I woudn't use the cab company again, it's appears that if you are going anywhere outside Falkirk their sat navs can't cope. Although the driver was initially very friendly, he was also extremely nosy! Not only that he got lost as he couldn't find our destination which was less than 20miles away. He went the wrong way after some guess work but luckily we used google maps and were able to direct him. The meter kept ticking and we expected that he may deduct a pound or two for the inconvenience. We offered him the amount we were quoted on the phone £21.00, which was £1.90 less than the full fare. His reaction was unbelievable, he kept threatening to call the police on a Sunday afternoon if we didn't pay up.... we were with my partners mum and it certainly was a shock to her for her first taxi ride in Scotland!! We gave him the money as the situation caused a scene. I complained the next day and gave details of the event, Iwas told the manager who is the owner of the business would call me back the next day. Unfortunately she clearly couldn't be bothered, hence this review. read more

I always use the app to book Bruce taxis. I ordered my taxi when I got on the train, with the time I wanted to be collected. The driver called me about five minutes later, as he hadn't been given the collection time and just wanted to make sure I hadn't left.
