My ex was bringing me in on a modification trying to get a king's ransom in child support and cut back on both my time and legal rights with the kids. I had interviewed other attorneys and was told the cards were not in my favor and that regardless of how badly my ex behaved the system was going to operate in her favor because she was a non-working Mom and I was a working Dad (basically I was told to prepare for the worst). When I went over the details of my case with Chip he assured me that what I was dealing with (my ex's flagrant violations of orders and refusal to respect my role as a parent) was not OK and that he could fight to make the situation work better for me and my relationship with the kids.
