She never explained that the mortgage contingency ends at the commitment deadline so even if you meet it you no longer are in a period cover by that contingency. So if you end up suddenly losing your job you are not cover by that contingency anymore. Also I requested 5 day extension for the commitment due date since it was very short timeframe, and she put in request for 3 days instead and argue with me about it. I still Wonder to this day if there is something else she knows that the seller told her that she never bother to pass on the info. I still felt upset and that I was screwed on this transaction.
