I was also impressed to find out Donnie had served in the air force for 27 years! During the appointment, Donnie immediately alleviated my husband's pain and prescribed medicine to help him recover. They sent the prescription electronically to our pharmacy, allowing the pharmacy to go ahead and get the prescription ready for us while we drove to the pharmacy. This was very convenient and a big time saver. I highly recommend this location.

In summary, I was very impressed with the physical therapists expertise and their ability to adapt my treatment plan to my specific physical condition. They listened to my goals regarding the level of physical activity I wanted to achieve, continually challenged me, and provided encouragement along the way. They were also flexible, if for whatever reason I was having a bad day, adapted my workout for that day. Upon my graduation, I was given a comprehensive exercise program to do at home to maintain the strength I had developed. My therapist walked me through the material which also included videos of the movements. Also, I experience a loud noise a couple nights ago and was worried I could have had loss of hearing from that. All of that led me to look on my insurance app for an ENT provider and found them. I gave them a call at 8:30am on a Friday and they were fully booked. I explained my situation and they were super kind by fitting me in. They took a look and it appeared that there was compacted wax blocking the ear. To rule out anything else did a hearing test. Overall, just appreciate the quickness in getting me in on a Friday which was a short day for them.

Starting at the front desk Sherri was always so helpful and worked closely to ensure I was able to schedule all my therapy sessions. Sherri was especially helpful when I needed to change days and time. She always greeted me by name and was so upbeat. All the Physical Therapists I dealt with were incredible. Collectively they were always positive and took a genuine in my progress. I am convinced I would not have progressed as well as I did without John, Maggie, Victoria, Brent, Brannon and the rest of the Physical Therapists. Several attempts to schedule an MRI with no success. I was put on instant hold several times over…read morethree days and every time the call timed out at about 5-6 minutes. I left voicemails which were not returned. The one time I was able to speak with a receptionist I was was told they would look for my referral and call me back; they did not. The issue started on a Monday and my last attempts were on a Friday. I've used Gulf imaging Open MRI in the past . . . no idea what their problem is, but I was greatly disappointed and got a referral to another facility.
