Stanziano gave me 80% of my contracted cement . Down sized the concrete pad . The excavator did…read moreit correctly and then they changed it . The owner blamed me. He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. All they had to do was put the form where the excavator (foreman of the job marked it. (9'6'') and the apron 10' which some how got changed to 8' !!! . Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

I paid him to exterior waterproof half of my basemant and to concrete my front stairs. a week after…read morehe was done with waterproofing the basement it rained real hard for a couple of days. the basement wall in one section was wet. I notified him and he said it's not his fault it is the other company that did the other half. I told him their side has not leaked but your side is wet and if you say it's their fault why didn't you say something to me about any problems that you saw when you were doing your half. well needless to say he stopped responding and didn't fix problem in basement and stopped right in the middle of doing the cement stairs. he is no longer returning my calls or even trying to resolve problem. please think twice before you use this company. unhappy customer!!!!
